The condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area! New love seat, sofa sleeper, flooring, and paint throughout in January 2025! A quick walk to the heated pool, the dock on the intercoastal, or a short walk to the sugar-sand beaches of Indian Shores right across the street! Close enough to everything but off the beaten path! Restaurants, attractions, fishing, bike rentals, boat/jet-ski rentals, etc., all nearby! Embrace the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere of this welcoming retreat. The condo was spotless upon our arrival and had everything we could have needed during our stay down to beach chairs and an umbrella which was a must with the bright summer sun.

Spacious condo for our family. Very clean, pool was nicely heated and we loved how close we were to the beach. It was nice being in walking distance to a couple of restaurants and shops. Karl was the best host! Would definitely stay again.

This was an extremely clean, close to the beach(not super touristy), most everything one would need for a Vrbo. Only needed to bring clothes and food! The owner reached out multiple times to check on things. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Fantastic stay. Host was available anytime needed! Location was great! The pool being heated was a huge plus. The dock on the channel was a nice bonus. Extremely clean.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Great location, super close to the beach & shops/restaurants. Trolly stop nearby too. The place was very clean. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Lots of beach gear in the closets, including kids sand toys, chairs, umbrellas. The kitchen was well stocked too. The pool was warm, which came in handy on a windy day during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and beautiful spot. It’s all right at your finger tips… pool is heated, 3 minute walk to the gulf, and right on the intercoastal (perfect spot for fishing) Trolley is super convenient, lots of restaurants close by and little island ice cream was an added bonus. Karl was very responsive and got back to us fast. Indian Shores is a hidden gem and we hope to be back each spring.

We had such an amazing stay! The place was absolutely spotless and in an incredible location—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient and relaxing. The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip.The host was truly outstanding with communication from start to finish and made everything seamless. They even left us a delicious key lime pie, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch!We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach!

Very clean and well appointed condo. Cute decor! Very short walk to the beach, great view of the bay! Communication with owner prompt. Would definately book again when in the area. Didn’t use the pool, pool area looked clean and well kept. Just be aware it says gym, but there is not one. Contacted owner apparently VRBO considers a pool the same as a gym, but that is VRBOs issue, not the owners.

After a terrible experience from another app, I was hesitant to book another bnb, but everything about this booking was amazing. The property was very clean, exactly as described, so cute, had everything we needed and then some, and the pool and the grounds were immaculate. It only took less than 2 minutes to walk down to the dock to watch the sunrise over the bay, or less than 3 minutes to walk to the beach on the gulf side. Karl, the host, was so kind and attentive and checked in with us periodically throughout our trip. He also was kind enough to leave a sweet treat in the refrigerator. We travel to Florida often and as our family grows, we've outgrown hotels and started to need condos or homes so as to have the extra room and bedrooms and I'll always come back to this property and host. Thank you Karl!

This stay was great for the 4th of July weekend! The room was clean when we arrived and even were able to get in a little early! Within walking distance to the beach (which even had awesome fireworks on the 4th). The pool was very nice as well. The host made sure there were comforts such as extra throw blankets and even a key lime pie upon arrival. Overall, great spot we’ll definitely return to next time :)

Place super close to beach access, nice dock for fishing and plenty of parking. The host was very responsive and left clear instructions on the unit, pool use, etc.
