Great location!! Steps from the beach and trolley to access anywhere you need to go. Outdoor closet had beach chairs, floats, sand toys, cooler and a handy cart to lug items back and forth from the beach. Quiet area. Host was very responsive and willing to help us add additional apps to TV so that our family could watch the MLB post season games.

Gorgeous condo, in a perfect setting for the beach and fishing in the intercostal. Plenty of room for a family of four. We throughly enjoyed our time here.

Our condo was clean, fully updated and very nice! Such a short distance to the beach as well which is always a plus!! Plenty of towels and beach towels as well. Shops with in walking distance or short drives was also great. Definitely would recommend visiting this condo!

We loved the place it was clean spacious and had all the modern things we have at home. Its a 2 min walk to the beach and it also has a nice shaded pool for those really hot day's. Check in was simple and communication was really excellent they always asked if they could help make our stay better. I highly recommend them.

We stayed here last week for our first vacation in FL and first time using VRBO and the bar has been set high for future trips!! The condo looked exactly like the photos, felt even more spacious than I expected and the host responded quickly with any questions I had before and during our stay. One of our favorite parts of our stay was how close we were to the ocean, (which our 11 & 14YO have never seen and loved), so it was great to have all of the beach toys/accessories, chairs, towels and a cart to transport them available to use and the 2 min walk to the beach. The shower head to rinse off your feet and shoes before heading up to the condo was great to keep from tracking sand back in as well. Half of our family has dietary restrictions that can make eating out challenging, so we ate almost all of our meals at the condo and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and it included a few unexpected bonus items like umbrellas, aloe in the fridge for sunburn and frosted mugs in the freezer, which my husband especially enjoyed. The condo also wasn't far from places we planned to visit like Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa, which made it the perfect fit for our needs on many levels. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

This apartment is so perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. You can see the gulf from the living room and kitchen. It’s a two minute walk to cross the street to the beach. The place is so clean, well kept, and comfortable. There are beach chairs and toys in the storage closet. An outside shower to rinse right outside of the apartment. You’ll love it.

It was great overall but the 3rd floor tired me out . Other than that it was a nice condo with close beach access and the trolley was great too since we did not have a car

We had a great stay! The floor in the kitchen seemed a little gritty from sand by a rug, but that's to be expected when you're across the street from the ocean lol. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of comfy pillows. Full kitchen and supplies. Super convenient 2 minute walk to the beach! The beach closet had 4 chairs, a cooler, wagon, and other beach supplies. A TV in the living room and each bedroom equipped with Spectrum and streaming services. Only a 2 minute walk from Caddy's, which is a great spot for food, patio, and live music. We would stay here again!

Condo was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the place very much. My only complaint was that we had to walk up to the condo with luggage. No elevator. Other than that, the condo was great.

Great stay!

Great condo, exactly as described. Wonderful location, across the street for the beach and a short distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Wonderful stay, would definitely stay here again!

Great place in a great location

We enjoyed our stay from booking to checking out. The condo has everything you need for your stay, the beds are comfy. Very specious place lots of room.

Perfect location!

Property was clean, updated, and in a great location. Very short walking distance to the beach was perfect! Bonus was having beach chairs provided as well!
