The following are the applicable fees:

Resort Fees:

- Security Deposit: $250.00 per stay (cash is not accepted).

Daily Rate:

- For stays of 1 to 14 days: $40.00 per day + tax.

- For stays of 15 to 29 days: $35.00 per day + taxes.

- For stays of 30 days or more: $30.00 per day + taxes.

Note: Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Valet Fees:

- For stays of 1 to 7 days: $35.00 per day + taxes.

- For stays of 8 days or more: $30.00 per day + taxes.

- Rate for 3 hours: $20.00, with an additional $8.00 for each additional hour + taxes.

- Monthly rate (30 full days): $650.00 + taxes.

These charges are established by the resort and must be paid directly to them during your stay.
