This unit DOES NOT BELONG TO THE HOTEL PROGRAM, therefore, has no need to pay the resort fees, because it does not have access to the hotel services, such as shuttle, beach service, or pool towel service.
Every interaction is direct with the owner and or property manager.
We are currently having coordination problems with the hotel operator, and he is bothering people that go to this unit, because we have not agreed to sign with him. This is the reason for the low fee, and by staying here, you accept this during the time this issue is solved.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
Hallandale is an excellent place to stay if you want to go on a vacation. It is close to shopping, dining, high end shopping malls (BayHarbor) and Outlets (Sawgrass Mills Mall) and it has a Supermarket right in front (Wallmart). A 5 minute walk to the beach and bicycles to rent. This place has a beach feeling with no city amenities missing.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Many people have problems taking the elevator because sometimes it takes too long or because it is crowded. This place is on the fourth floor, which happens to be the same floor as the parking lot so you can carry your packages directly to the unit withouth the hassle of having to wait for the elevator and crash in with your shopping.
