You will find yourself unwinding upon arrival at this private, two bedroom suite in a property associated with the Litchfield by the Sea resort a half mile away.
The suite is comprised of two bedrooms, bathroom, wet bar, and private covered patio. Foyer/sitting area shared with owner's residence.
Access to LBTS gated resort's beach club and tennis court facilities Bike, run, walk, surf, sail, swim, sun, boat, paddle, fish, golf, yoga, beach comb, etc...it's here!
The space:
A wet bar includes a microwave, K-cup and drip coffee maker, mini refrig with freezer, minimal dinnerware, glassware and utensils. (This is not a cooks' kitchen.)
One bedroom has a king bed, the other has two twin XL beds.
A sunny indoor sitting area in the foyer has an entrance shared with another apartment that is sometimes occupied by the owner.
The suite is ground level with no stairs. About 50 yards to the Greenhaven pool. About a half mile to the beach club gates.
