Stay comfortably in this newly renovated condo. This awesome property features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom boasts 2 new queen beds. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, and access to a private beach, pool, lazy river, splash pad, and jacuzzi. Pet friendly with pet fee (I have a camera at door, so pls dont try to fool me). Steam cleaned after every pet guest. Enjoy world-class golf during your stay on any of these 4 Award-Winning Signature South end courses:

The condo was perfect for our stay. The place had everything we needed as well as really nice additions. Soft towels, plenty of small appliances, and so much more. Lazy River was outstanding! Thanks for helping to make it a nice vacation.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Main pool wasn’t open for two days and resort itself needs repairs very weathered but great spot and great trip

As you know the pool pump failed and it was fixed asap. I offered to buy you dinner for the inconvenience. The splash pad and huge lazy river and jacuzzis were all open and running perfectly. I am not aware of anything that needs repair. If you could share that with me id appreciate it. We take our property maintenence and property beauty very seriously. As for being weathered, it is an ocean front resort. While I appreciate your review, you did not mention my condo which is the only item in my full control. Brenda

This place is wonderful! Very clean, pet and family friendly. Located right at the pool and only a short walk down path to beach! Very responsive host. If you forget anything at all, she has it! Highly recommended this place to anyone! The Litchfield resort is just a wonderful place.

Very clean, excellent host checked in with us every step of the way. Everything you need for a great visit. Lots of ice, cooler, towels, utensils, surprise food, comfy beds, fishing pole, charging stands, and more. Pool and lazy river so much fun. Definitely coming back.

A very nice one bedroom overlooking the pool. Everything you need to enjoy the stay. Close to Merrills Inlet for lots of good restaurants and fishing charters galore. Great area to relax for a few days.

A perfect vacation for our family

Can’t say enough on how much we enjoyed our stay here. Everything was close (shopping, Starbucks, beach, pool, etc.) our host was very communicative and just a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again for next year

Brenda is a great host! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and furnished with every thing you could possibly need during your stay. Th entire process from from start to finish was flawless. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed at this property. We had an amazing time there. The property was very clean. We loved the pool and pond view. The location and the amenities were great.This was our first time ever in Pawleys Island and we loved it. We would love to come back.

Great amenities and location

This condo was the perfect location for us to take part in our family reunion. Brenda was very responsive and oh so kind upon our arrival. There are many amenities available for use in the complex, but nothing beats the amazing beach! Be aware that it is a good 10 minute walk to the beach from the condo, but there is a shuttle available.
