Beautiful newly re-modeled home in Nuttinglikit Grove. Located just a few miles from the white sugar sand beaches of Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key Beaches. Nearby conveniences include Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlets, Riverside Park and Imperial River. In addition to Imperial River, there are a few canals with lagoon docks for small boat and canoe or kayak launch.
Southern exposure backyard, situated on a large lot, and a brand new lanai porch. With all the amenities and appliances you need, this home will make for the perfect stay on your relaxing getaway!
This house had a brand new private pool built in the backyard in 2021! Please make sure to sign the attached Release of Liability waiver before your stay!

*January 1 - March 31 booking preferred
*28 day minimum booking during high season (January through March)
*Pets allowed (no more than 2 small dogs, 50lbs or less)
*Sleeps 3-4 (King size bed and full size bed)
ONLY ONE BATHROOM
*Property manager comes on Mondays to water plants, landscaper on Thursdays and pool maintenance on Fridays (no one enters the home at any time or for any reason!)

Lovely relaxing home and vacation

Home was really clean with lots of amenities not normally supplied. Pool and outdoor area superb for relaxing. Well kept gardens and really clean pool area. It was super hot so we needed the coverage supplied! We had one slight problem which was dealt with very quickly by a contractor. We walked around Bonita Springs area and found someone selling fruit and veg daily much cheaper than the supermarket so that was a bonus. All in all a great stay and we would definitely return to this lovely home.

A Wonderful Place!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. We stayed for Jan and Feb of 2020. The home is clean, modern, bright, and has all the modern conveniences. The owners and property manager were easy to deal with and very accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained, and the neighbors are polite and friendly. The fenced backyard was wonderful for our dog and gave us peace of mind when she simply wanted to sleep in the grass. The park nearby, an easy walk, was also great. We went almost every day. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a short or extended getaway. Next time we stay in Bonita Springs, this property will be our first choice.

Fabulous Florida retreat!

My boyfriend and I had a fabulous month long stay at the Bonita Springs Bungalow. We will definitely stay here again. The house is just as pictured! Inside is modern, clean, and fully stocked. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We felt safe in the home, too. The backyard and pool are even more beautiful. We wish the pool had an option to be heated (we would have paid extra) as it was too cold to swim in in March, but it was certainly gorgeous to lay by and view. The gardening is exquisite and you can tell the home owner really cares about the care and quality. (One small item, not a big deal but interesting was that the propane tank was empty and the home manager said it was our responsibility to fill.) You can walk to Downtown Bonita, which has a coffee shop, The Wonder Gardens, a brewery, to name a few options. Otherwise, you must drive everywhere. There is also a neighborhood park that hosted an art festival while we were there. Definitely some community events to keep your eyes on.

Excellent vacation spot

We loved our stay at the Bonita Springs Bungalow. The location was perfect for us - near beaches and lots of waterfront dining. The house and back yard patio with pool was a great place to unwind. We stayed the month of February and felt very comfortable. The house was clean and we especially loved the patio with pool and firepit. We spent lots of time sunning in the yard and enjoying dinner and drinks by the fire. We'd love to make this an annual event!

Outstanding pool and home

This home was as pictured, very nice, but the backyard pergola and pool were outstanding and much used to relax during the busy season and hot weather. Loved the screened in porch with roku tv during the evenings. The grounds were beautifully and regularly maintained. The house was fully stocked which we appreciated. Wifi, roku, Netflix and Amazon prime provided on every tv, every room. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet. It was a great stay, dog friendly, and I would easily stay here again.

overall very nice

The house is close to the cute town of Bonita but traffic to the beach is bad. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. There were no beach chairs or bikes.

Much needed peace

Needed a place to relax peacefully while struggling with the stress of an unplanned move. This home became the safe space we were so desperately needing. Just walking in the living room after work felt light. Can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful home

Clean and comfortable. The property had been remodeled and looked great. Nice neighbors. Loved the nearby coffee place and the fresh seafood purveyor close by. Owners were very responsive to any issues that came up. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Perfect for our needs!

This little gem is in fantastic shape as everything is brand new. The house is well stocked with everything needed. The large lot, fenced in back yard, and 2 drive ways worked very well for our needs. We loved the old town Bonita Springs area. A little off the beaten path, but yet close to everything.

Bonita Bungalow! Perfect!

Our Airbnb was canceled very close to the last minute due to Covid so we had to find someplace quick. How fortunate were we to stumble upon the Bonita Bungalow? From the moment I booked the Bonita Bungalow to the moment we checked out, the owner was incredibly fast to correspond with me. As soon as I walked in the front door the first word that came to my mind was “darling”! The decor is subtle and sweet and very comforting... not overly beachy like so many places! The furniture throughout is high-quality and comfortable! The linens were fresh and the towels were in plenty supply and soft and fluffy! Our daughter and son-in-law live in Estero and we spent most of our time with them so we didn’t get to spend as much time in the bungalow as most people would. However, I would not have been disappointed if this were my only location for our trip! The home is very nicely appointed. If you were cooking during your stay you would definitely not need for much in the way of appliances/utensils/cookware! Everything from a handmixer, blender and an assortment of baking dishes are available! Although we did not use all of them I noticed that there was a TV in every room of the home... even the enclosed lanai/entrance to the side of the home. The backyard is huge and fenced in. The back porch is covered on top so that you can enjoy it during the daytime without getting beat down by the sun. There is easy access to just about everywhere you want to be… Naples, Estero, Fort Myers, Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach. As you approach the bungalow’s neighborhood there is an ice cream shop on the round about that has the best ice cream! Truly nothing disappointing here! Book it and enjoy! Thanks again to the owner for the easy communication! I’m sure once I submit this I will think of something that I have missed!

Winter get away

I LOVED my three month stay at this beautiful home!! I can't say enough about how much I loved this area of Florida! The three months I was there I was able to walk right up the street to the amazing Art shows and ride my bike to so many local places to eat. Closeness to beach was amazing! The back yard was PERFECT for my little fur babies and we all loved the privacy of the backyard. Neighbors were so friendly and helpful. The owners were there for me if I had any questions, and even with minor little mishaps they took care of issues immediately!! I highly recommend this home especially for long stays, home away from home!! I loved Bonita so much I have decided to move from Massachusetts to Bonita Springs Florida, if not I would be definitely staying at this beautiful home again!! Thank you again for allowing me to stay in your beautiful home, your hospitality and true friendships I have formed from this experience will always be with me.

Fabulous and Cozy Bungalow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful Bungalow. Have been a life-long Bonita visitor and had never stayed in this part of the city. Quiet and peaceful, great sunroom and extra comfy beds. Design and decorations are charming. Loved it! Fully stocked kitchen, which is great for people (like me) who live to cook. Cheers!
