The Space:

Centrally located in East Beach and close to the beach (150 yards), this charming first-floor, one-bedroom villa is ideal for your next retreat. 4250 Mariner's Watch Villa has a screened porch that overlooks the beautiful lagoon view. Improvements include tiled flooring, updated appliances, new cabinets in the kitchen, and updated vanity in the bath. There are two TVs and free WiFi throughout the home. The property has a King-size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to four guests. The family dog is welcome for a small nightly fee.



This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

A very positive experience for a family of four. Very clean and quite. Close to the beach and the biking/walking/running trail is just right outside the balcony. Will definitely visit again.

It’s nothing fancy but a very comfortable place to stay with a great screened in porch. It’s very small but comfortable. The front door sticks so we had a hard time getting in sometimes. They were great communicating until we asked for one hour late check out and we never heard back. Today I got an email where they rated us “ terrible “ as guests and I have no idea why.

Stay was perfect, only note was condo was a little hard to find in the dark from the main road. Turn not marked with the apt numbers that I saw.

Great stay with man’s best friend!

We love love love this condo! The fact that it allows dogs is 10/10 and makes our kiawah vacation even better! We will definitely be back to stay here!
