The property was great. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. Renovation to the interior was lovely, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Our first time visiting Kiawah and this was an amazing property. Quick walk to beach, lots of trails and Night Heron Park. Property was immaculate and looked newly renovated. Perfect couples getaway.

Our condo was very clean and very comfortable. For me, the bed and pillows were also very comfortable and I slept very well. It is well appointed if you wish to make an easy meal. A two minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place on the inside. Very clean and modern. Easy to get around on the island. Only 15 minutes away from anything you wanted to do. 5-minute walk to the Beach.

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was spotless. We struggle a little in the beginning regarding restaurants but found going a few miles away was “the fix.” To anyone planning on staying in Kiawah Island in the future, make your excursions; spas, fishing trips, water adventures, etc… in advance. Everything we tried was booked.

This was a WONDERFUL place to stay. We did not expect such immaculate accommodations. The screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon was the perfect place to start and end the days. The interior was spotless and the decor was new and so tasteful. Check-in was a breeze as well. The only thing I would change is a longer stay. We hated to leave, but are already planning a trip back in the spring.

The easy life in Kiawah

We came because of the fame in golfing circles. But we stayed on the beach, just 3 min from the apartment, and didn't play any golf (too expencive, 400 with clubs rental. The spartment was cozy with view of a canal there we saw an alligator and som herons. Enjoyed our stay in comfoft.

The condo was cute and clean. It is close to the beach. We used the kitchen and the screened in porch daily. We rented bikes and enjoyed the bike paths. Easy to get back and forth to Charleston if you want to go in for shopping, dining, sightseeing.

The condo was very pretty and updated, with comfortable furnishings and an outdoor screened porch. (That area needs to be cleaned as there spiderwebs everywhere. I realize it's outside, but, it didn't appear to have been swept lately) The inside was very clean though. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and popular Night Heron Park. Communication was good. I always was kept up to date and got a quick response, however, we didn't have any issues while there.
