The Space:

This villa is a first-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath villa in a landscaped wooded setting in East Beach. Come enjoy the natural beauty outside and the upgrades inside. The screened-in porch has a lagoon view and a new comfy seating arrangement – perfect for alligator spotting and bird watching. The villa is close to Turtle Point Golf Course and Clubhouse, tennis courts, and The Sanctuary. It is a short walk or a 3-minute bike ride to the beach. The unit has a renovated kitchen and granite counters, with new carpets and fresh paint throughout, in addition to three flatscreen smart TVs (in living and master) and free 400Mbps high-speed internet and WiFi. Your family-friendly dog is welcome for a small nightly fee. This rental property includes parking for 2 cars, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, streaming TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Perfect place to experience Kiawah. Screen porch was a great place to relax and socialize, overlooking a pond with the joy of watching the pond wildlife. Kitchen was fully equipped with nice added extras. Central location to explore Kiawah, easy walk to the beach.

Wonderful place & perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at our condo on green dolphin way! The proximity to the beach, golf course, as well as other must-see attractions was perfect. The property was clean, well taken care of, and extremely peaceful. We will definitely be back!

A Few Days to Relax

We found Kiawah Island to be a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean and nature. Celebrated our 5th Anniversary with dinner at the Ocean Room at the Sanctuary. Dinner and service were superb.This condo is old, but well care appointed and an easy walk to the beach. Also located near the Sancturary, mid-island.

Kiawah is a beautiful island! This property is fits nicely within this price range. Necessities are covered and location to the beach and market is great.

Perfect Getaway

The unit was clean, comfy and well equipped. A short walk (5-10 minutes) from the beach and an easy walk to dining options and parks. The porch was a lovely quiet spot to relax with a book and listen to the wildlife.

Awesome Vacation Spot!

Booking and check in were both very easy. The property is so nice. It's quiet and peaceful. Short walk to the beach. Very dog friendly. Overall this was a great vacation spot for our family. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll be back next year!

Spacious, clean unit in a good location

The unit was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Like many places in Kiawah and Seabrook, it could use some updates to furniture/ decor but overall it was great for our long weekend.

Beautiful place, close to the beach

This appartement is absolutely charming. Well decorated and well equipped with all the necessities for a restful stay. Walk to the beach is about 5 minutes through the golf-side neighborhood and over a couple of lovely bridges. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us !

Quite neighborhood.

Lots of walking and biking trails. Easy walk to the beach. 10 minutes to grocery store and shops.

Great location and comfortable home for our family!

We love Kiawah Island and have vacationed here for 35 years and always leave wishing we could stay longer! This rental was only a 5 min walk to the beach and had a lovely screened in porch overlooking the pond. The master bed and one of the twin beds were comfortable but the twin bed by the closet needs replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Good location, meant for golfers

The residence was fine but seemed to be more suited to golfers spending a week playing and going out to dinner. The cooking supplies were sparse and could be updated.
