What’s nearby

Enjoy over 30 miles of paved bicycle trails across Kiawah Island, as well as 10 miles of hard packed beach. Bike trails also extend to the dining and shopping located in Freshfields Village, around four miles away. Night Heron Park on Kiawah has green spaces and playgrounds. Downtown Charleston (with all it's attraction and historic tours) is just a 26 mile drive away.

This is an easy 5-minute bike ride to the beach and a well-appointed villa. The beds were comfortable and it had a nicely decorated beachy living room. The lagoon views were lovely and so peaceful.

Great property with a beautiful view. Beach is convenient via Boardwalk 27 or 28. Very quiet location. Comfortable furniture. Host responds quickly too!

This was our first time on Kiawah Island and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was situated in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. We rented bikes which we would highly suggest for getting around the island. The host was communicative all throughout the booking process which was appreciated. The property was clean and very spacious for a group of 4. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend and are already planning our next stay!

Host was amazing about checking in and making us feel welcomed. Nice peaceful location with a great view of the lagoon. Would def stay again.

The property was exactly as advertised. A very good value for the price point of this property. The location on Kiawah is great, close to the beach, Night Herron park, The Sanctuary, and not too far from the front gate. The property could likely use some cosmetic updating, but otherwise it was what we were expecting.

Overall a typical Kiawah property. Fine for what it is, but the kitchen was lacking some basic necessities like salt & pepper, and the pans were quite old and in need of replacement. No extra blankets in the living room, and quite a few ants and bugs in the showers / bathrooms. Good location and we come to Kiawah for everything else, not the apartment so it was fine for the week!

2nd floor condo is a tad outdated. Specifically the bedrooms carpets and bathrooms. The attached screened in porch had a ripped screen which allowed too many bugs in it for us ti use and enjoy!
