Regarding the pool, it is cleaned once a week as part of our regular maintenance, and this schedule was communicated to you. We also made efforts to move the cleaning schedule up by a day to better accommodate your needs after you expressed concerns. Our team was in contact with the homeowner and service providers, and they responded as swiftly as possible within the constraints of the service schedule. We understand how frustrating the situation must have been, and while we were able to provide a partial refund, we acknowledge that this may not fully make up for the first 24 hours of your stay.
