The Space:

Relax in a charming condo with a wide view of the water and everything you need to relax inside. Enjoy access to a shared pool during your stay.



Recline in the spacious living room cooled by central air-conditioning. You'll be just two blocks from the beach at this home, so it'll be easy to toss beach towels in the washer/dryer after a day of excitement. Prepare meals in the semi-open full kitchen, with an extra-long breakfast bar perfect for casual meals. Cooking equipment is provided to help you put together meals. Loved the unit. Clean and in an amazing location. Great restaurants within walking distance. Beach is a 3 minute walk. Great communication with the owner. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Lovely condo close to everything! Would definitely book again. Super comfy beds and nicely equipped kitchen. Only thing… beach chairs need replaced as they are in pretty rough shape and the condo was clean and sand free, but floors could use a good mopping as our bare feet were filthy.

We always choose Dockside when we come to Clearwater. Never disappoints. Always clean and welcoming and always comfortable. Love the dock to sit and watch the manatees and dolphins! Love both balconies and sitting there in the morning to drink coffee.

Great Stay!

I loved this property! It was exactly as described on the vrbo listing. It was in close proximity to the beach and quite a few restaurants and amenities. The check in process was super easy. The condo was super clean and all of the neighbors were very friendly.

Very clean property

The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable but the couch was VERY uncomfortable. The unit is quite a walk to the pier/downtown beach area. We would not stay again.

The location was close to the beach very convenient. Beautiful view. Only one thing they should provide more washing pads ,toilet paper. We were 6 people they left only 3 toilet papers for 6 days . Same with washing pads they had only 3 pads for dishwasher. Be prepare to buy extra stuff.

Not great

Place was clean and area was great. Unfortunately the AC did not work and was never fixed. Also the lock to the front door did not work and we did not feel safe sleeping at night. Would not stay again with Vacasa for these reasons.

Horrible Management Company - Construction & Unresponsive

The property had severely disrupting construction that was not disclosed even though it was clearly planned. The construction was daily starting early in the morning and going late into the evening. It also limited access to public space and parking. When trying to contact the management company we were unable to reach them via VRBO. When we finally got a phone number to contact it was a generic response that the local team would come to address the issue but 4 days later I still have not heard anything. I would recommend booking elsewhere in Clearwater. I've had much better experiences at other properties in the area managed by local real estate agents.
