Remarkable renovation! Beautiful & beachy 2 bed, 1 bath condo situated in a fabulous location by the beach. Come see why St Pete Beach is the sunset capital of Florida. This condo was recently remodeled with all high end amenities. 3 beds and a pull out couch: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 twin & pull out sofa. Check out the pics!
Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the boardwalk, grab a drink or a burger as you pass by the Paradise Grill, and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sugar sand between your toes!
A poolside condo with gulf views - sunsets are included.
The kitchen has is fully stocked to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Great location, nice to have a reserved parking spot, easy to work with host. The beach closet was an extra perk with beach chairs, umbrella & toys. Great place to stay! Only suggestion is The beds/ mattresses can use an upgrade.

Great proximity to the beach but have been to much cleaner properties. Black mold in keurig water tank, sand in sheets, popcorn and trash in pull out couch, no hand soap in bathroom and kitchen soap was a near empty bottle of Palmolive just filled with water.

Great location just off the beach. This is a nicely renovated unit in a well maintained complex. The unit had everything we needed to have a great self-sustaining trip. Nice pool with polite neighbors. Restaurants and bars were within walking distance.

Amazing location!
We loved the easy location, pool just outside the front door, beach a short walk away, food and fun close by and tons more a short drive away!!

Claire was very responsive with any of my messages sent to her . we really like first floor we didn’t have to do stairs and that made it so much easier for us. It’s a nice 2 Bedroom Pl. has a great pool and all the residents are nice. Thankyou for having us !!!

Excellent family vaca
Everything was as advertised if not better! Loved the ground level room with immediate access to pool/deck. Would stay again and hope too!

Great little beach condo
We've been coming here now for 3 years, and we plan on making the trip again. It's a nice place with a wonderful pool and patio area.

The location can't be beat! The beach was 205 steps from the kitchen door. (I counted.) The hosts were very responsive - not that we needed anything except to arrange for our parking pass, following the easy instructions in their welcome email.

Process and property were exactly as shown. Great location, very short walk to beach, restaraunts
Owner was very responsive. Very short walk to beach. Very good restaurants within walking distance. An ideal spot for a beach stay.

Great Location!
Beautiful location with easy access to beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Communication was easy as was check in and check out. The pool was another great asset for lounging and swimming.

Great place
This was the second time that we stayed here. The location is excellent, the people from the other units are friendly, and the pool area is wonderful. We're planning on coming back.

Of all the places we looked at this one was a) the perfect location (right across from the beach, with a bar and grill? perfect) and b) had a great renovation. The condo feels clean and spacious -- your own private sanctuary. When you need a break from the beach, lounge by the pool outside your front door. In the evenings, you have more choices to walk to then you will have time for.
