The house is beautifully decorated while still being incredibly cozy and comfortable. The layout worked well for our group of two adults and three teenagers. We had an issue with the gas grill, and the property manager responded within a few hours and fixed it, which we appreciated. The pool amenity is at the top of the listing, the requirement for a pool pass is disclosed in the fine print, actual cost is not. The listing states there are no hidden fees. For our family of five, the pool pass costs 50 per day or 20 per person. The large kitchen pantry is locked, and the kitchen cabinets are filled with the owner's items, leaving very little space for food and supplies. We ultimately kept our non-refrigerated items on the kitchen countertops. The garage is in the listing photos, but it is not included for guest use. While the listing does not explicitly state that the garage is available, it would be helpful to clearly list it’s owner-only. We rented bikes during our stay. The welcome guide emphasizes keeping clutter out of the front yard, but there isn't a designated place to store the bikes. The trolley was helpful given the distance to the beach, but it is fairly small. Transporting five beach chairs, an umbrella, and other beach gear would have been difficult, so we ended up renting chairs and umbrellas at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Overall, we enjoyed the house. More detailed information about additional costs and guest amenities would have been appreciated.
