In the convenient and upscale neighborhood of Forest Park, this completely renovated dream home has every luxury. Located on a quiet, private street with two-car carport just one step into the kitchen and entire main level. Lovely, lush landscaped grounds with private walled garden, grand gourmet kitchen with Alabama White marble countertops, Wolf commercial range, Subzero Refrigerator and large pantry. Breakfast room with seating for 6 and large laundry room off of kitchen. Spacious living room with tons of natural light and gleaming ebony hardwood floors, custom Limestone wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and dining with seating for 6. The home sleeps 9 comfortably. Master suite, two guest rooms and two full baths on the main level and an enormous master suite downstairs with private study with twin sized daybed, room sized walk in closet, large bathroom with over sized soaking tub and separate glass shower, private lavatory closet and double vanities. The homes’ eclectic design is derived from the use of fine antiques, classic reproductions and modern accents.

I feel in the long haul a personal phone check in for Access and OTHER instructions and explanations works so much better to save both me and guests multiple calls. Have tried email but people don't read and can't ask questions and get answers quickly. I am also pleased to hear you really enjoyed my home and its location. I hope you will return again soon.

Property was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our girls getaway. The three full bathrooms were a huge plus and the kitchen was immaculate. We had no issues with the coffee maker or locks or parking. The location is so close to downtown and ride share was inexpensive. We’d absolutely look to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Birmingham again.

Home was clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, beds were comfy and the absolute best stocked kitchen. Host was very communicative with check-in process and we enjoyed our 3-night stay.

Walton is so easy to work with and explained everything clearly. The house is in great condition, nice safe quiet neighborhood and still very close to downtown. We have already booked our next stay at the house!

Great layout for families! Great location. Everywhere we went was less than 10 minutes and mostly 6-7.

Unique, spacious home with a combination of antiques and modern furnishings. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely remodeled. There are two very large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and three other comfortable bedrooms plus another bathroom. The dining & living area is huge. We enjoyed eating in the smaller room off the kitchen with a window bump-out looking into the yard. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want. The house was very clean. It was nice to have parking in the 2-car carport. The neighborhood is tricky to find because of many one-way streets & dead ends but GPS will take you directly to the house. The neighborhood is gentrifying but despite the many renovations underway it was still quiet and felt very safe & peaceful. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown & the Alabama Theatre.

Thank you so much for your review. I am sorry you had a hard time with the expensive coffee pot on the counter but as you were told there are multiple different types of makers available to guest in the pantry, from the pod cup type to the most basic. You did have choices.

This was a great place for 6 of us to stay for a golf trip. Lots of beds with clean linens and towels. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils. The neighborhood is a bit out of the way, but quiet and safe. Be prepared as there was no hand/bath soap/shampoo provided.

House is nicer than the photos even show, and the neighborhood is very quiet and very safe. Definitely in a good area, and about 8 minutes east of Sloss.

Great house, great stay, with plenty of space for our seven people. Best stocked kitchen (pots, pans, appliances, silverware, plates, etc.) I’ve seen in a rental. Everything clean. Location convenient to plenty of the shopping and eating areas.
