I’m truly sorry for the inconveniences you experienced with the ant problems, temperature issues on the top floor, lack of window blinds, malfunctioning mini fridges and main fridge, elevator breakdown, and the shortage of towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and scrubby. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort this may have caused during your stay. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo’s fantastic beach location. Please know that our maintenance team promptly installed a window unit to help with the temperature on the top floor and provided an explanation of the geothermal central air system. They also brought two additional sets of towels and assisted in showing you how to properly use the TVs. I’m happy to confirm that all reported issues have been addressed and resolved. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to welcome you back for a flawless stay in the future.
