Great house for large family. Close to beach and near important places like the grocery store….. :-) Heating the pool was worth the extra cost, kids were able to enjoy in the evenings. Owner was great to work with and answered any questions we had very quickly. Would highly recommend this place.

Property was in excellent condition and communication with Ann couldn't have been better. She was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Stocked with plenty of toys for thekids. Pool and yard kept everyone happy and grill was a great bonus. Can't wait to go back.

The property was beautiful with many amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware etc. The host was spot on when we had questions. Very nice stay.Thanks again

Plenty for our family of thirteen to do in and around the house and backyard. The younger generation enjoyed the nearby beach access. Food Lion close by to get food and paper goods Kitchen has two stoves, microwave and dishwashers, Great for large groups. The communication was wonderful between myself and the host.

Excellent location! Quiet neighborhood and convenient stores around. The house was as described and the host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

Awesome Family Vacation

This lovely family friendly vacation home was more than roomy for 6 adults and 10 children. The kitchen was fully stocked and the double appliances made meals and clean up efficient.

Just what we were looking for!!!

This house in Avon was awesome. It met our needs well being close to the beach, having an amazing kitchen, and having a bathroom with each bedroom. Avon is a nice and quiet Hatteras Island town and a perfect location for a beach vacation. Thank you

Guests who stayed at the house the week before left some things behind and Tim was instrumental in getting those things back to the owners. Very trustworthy and helpful. We enjoyed our first OBX experience.

Beautiful home. Ann was super responsive. We had a couple issues, neither of which she could control, but she did her best to help us have a great time.

Great Avon Rental

This house is huge! There were 16 adults and plenty of room to spare. The owner is fabulous to work with and wants you to have the best time possible while there. This part of the island has deep dunes so the walk is longer than you expect but the empty beaches are worth it!

From start to finish, the host was incredibly responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful—answering questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth trip.The home itself exceeded our expectations. This is our second stay at this property and we still love everything about it. The location is perfect, close to the beach/sound, shopping and dining and right in between of all the interesting sites to visit but quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need and the double dishwashers and stoves are the chefs kiss and offers plenty of space to have multiple cooks in the kitchen. We love that every bedroom has its own bathroom and that there are two separate half baths, conveniently located on the pool level and midway between the third and second floors. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all, both young and old. Ann is fantastic to work with and is very responsive to answering any questions you may have and addressing any issues that arise and taking care of them promptly will definitely be back.

We just wrapped up the most amazing family vacation in Avon, North Carolina, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the home we rented! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for making memories with our kids and grandkids.What truly made the experience exceptional was the owner, Ann. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your stay, and it made all the difference.The home itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location—perfect for relaxing after long days of beach time, pool fun, and family adventures. It truly felt like a home away from home.We are so grateful for the memories we made here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you’re looking for a place in Avon, this is it! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and short walk to beach

The property was very well maintained (except for a little issue with the grill). The pool was crystal clear and refreshing and we used the fire pit several nights. The house was well decorated and the kitchen better stocked with utensils and tools than any place we’ve ever stayed. My only critique would be that the shower head in the master bath. You have this HUGE shower which is beautiful but a tiny little head that just doesn’t do it justice.

Family Vacation & 80th celebration

This home was ideal if for our family! It is well appointed and the kitchen is phenomenal! Two cooks in the kitchen is a gift!! We loved how close it was to coffee and ice cream and an arcade!! Ann was super easy to work with and communicated thoroughly and was easy to reach. We really didn’t have a single issue the whole week!! The elevator was essential for my in laws to get from their bedroom on the top floor to the pool. The pool area was perfect for our all-day hangout!! The fridge that’s just inside the door of the bottom floor made it super easy to retrieve drinks and that bathroom with a door to the pool was a nice touch!! We loved it and would definitely refer a friend!!

Our stay was great. The house was perfect for us. The layout is great, it was very clean, every room has a connected bathroom so you don’t have to share with anybody and plenty of half baths for people to use on the main floors. The kitchen/living room/balconies had plenty of seating for our group of 13. The kids and adults loved the pool, the hot tub and the putting green outside. The outdoor showers were equipped with hot water making it more comfortable to get all the sand off after the beach. The beach was about a 5 min walk to the beach access then another 5 mins across the steps over the dunes. It wasn’t too bad since we did a beach setup so we carried less. The kitchen was very well stocked with 2 of basically everything. The bathrooms all had bar soaps and toiletries that were a lovely added touch. The owner was super responsive, lovely and helpful. She did anything she could to help make our stay better.
