Nestled in the tranquil community of Sea Trail, this spacious third-floor mini-suite with elevator access offers a serene escape. Both beach and golf lovers will enjoy waking up and enjoying a coffee before setting out to the beach or local golf course. The unit has two queen beds, a private bath, and a kitchenette providing a cozy retreat overlooking the 16th hole of the newly renovated Willard Byrd-designed golf course.

Sea Trail boasts three championship courses with additional nearby courses, such as The Pearl, Sandpiper Bay, and Thistle, within a 4-mile radius. Sunset Beach, with its charming local shops, seafood markets, bookstores, boutiques, art and gift shops, is just 3 miles away. The Champions pool, games, and picnic area are only steps away from the condo.

Nearby restaurants serve delicious seafood, making this the perfect destination for golf enthusiasts, seafood lovers, and beachgoers alike. Enjoy a beverage or meal at the popular new restaurant, 55 Bistro, just a brief walk from the comfort of our condo. An outstanding menu is available for eat-in or take-out.

Sunset Beach is known for its sweeping views of seemingly endless sand and the opportunity to watch the sun rise and set over the water. Visitors can enjoy activities like biking, shell collecting, swimming, surfing, body boarding, and kayaking. A grocery store is conveniently located less than 2 miles away.

Just what we needed.

Wonderful place to stay. Decorated nicely. Very clean would definitely stay again but the walls are thin has an attached mini suite next door.

Cute little beach retreat

Nice furnished suite. Plenty of towels. Comfy beds. Close to pool. Nice view of golf course. Easy beach access just a few miles away.

We really enjoyed staying here. We've come to Sunset Beach for the last 4 years and this one of the best. The mini-suite was immaculate! The property was very quiet even with the pool across from the building. The AC worked great at keeping the mini-suite cool and the beds were very comfortable. There is an elevator so you don't need to worry about climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor. Our host was very responsive via text and phone and allowed us to have an early check-in and stay an additional day at a discounted rate. A gentleman also came by to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. There were was only two issue: the TV was burned out in places and the screen was very dark. It should be replaced. The address should be entered into GPS without the apartment number otherwise you will end up 3 miles from the property.

Great Condo

This is a great little condo for a stay in Sunset Beach. It is well stocked with plenty of bath towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates and utensils for simple meal prep using the microwave. There is a storm door on the main door which allows occupants to enjoy outside light in the unit. I will definitely return to the Sunset Beach condo.

Mini Suite is Sweet!

Two comfortable beds, elevator to the room, better rates than hotels near the ocean. Quiet community. Perfect for 1-4 people. Has pool but I went to the ocean to swim. Easy drive to beach on Sunset or to food or restaurants and shopping - touristy or necessary like a pharmacy. Golf course looked good but I don't golf.
