This Colony II villa is a two bedroom/two bath floor plan located on 3rd level and adjacent to Oyster Bay Golf Links in Sunset Beach. The villa features WIFI, two bedrooms (4 queen beds), two full baths, sleeper sofa bed (living room), Smart TVs (3 TVs - guests must use own streaming accounts), DVD, central heat & air, washer/dryer & whirlpool tub. The open floor plan offers a spacious common area with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and stove. The dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen and has a dining table that seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds with a walk-through closet and private bath and Smart TV. The master bath has a tub/shower enclosure. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds with a large, jetted tub and walk-in shower in the bath and Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a wet bar with refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. A private deck is accessible from the living room area offering views of the pool and courtyard/grilling common areas. The community has indoor & outdoor pools, whirlpool spa, exercise room, courtyard with charcoal grills and picnic areas. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included. Enjoy the serene setting of this lovely condo with close proximity to Sunset Beach (3 miles) and multiple area golf courses. Nice clean unit. The shower handle in the master bedroom was problematic but functional. It should be looked at. Would definitely rent again.

The house was very clean and well laid out for a family of 5. The location was very convenient to the beach and shopping. We enjoyed our stay at this location and will definitely be returning.

Our stay at this property was very pleasant. The community is quiet and is close to the beach. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We would definitely choose to stay here again. We did not use the pools or fitness room since our trip was a short visit with family.

Nice place. Location was off the beach, which was fine. Upon arrival, we did find a couple of bugs. Pool was nice and not crowded.

Early Spring trip

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very spacious and clean. We love the area and wanted a last minute trip. It’s a short drive to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely consider staying there again!

Great place to stay

We loved this rental. Very clean and great set up for our family. The indoor pool and hot tub seemed to be out of order, but the condo itself was fantastic for our family. Maintenance issue came up and was taken care of very well. Thank you.

Loved it.

We really enjoyed our weekend here. The house was as advertised. The beds were really comfortable. I love that one of the rooms is practically an isolated apartment, especially since we were a group of friends traveling together. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator - not a problem for us - but keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Great Place!

This was one of the best VRBO's I have stayed in. Beds were comfy and the place had enough room for 4 adults. Clean except for certain things. The blender looked like it had never been cleaned. Coffee Pot was dirty. Little damages here and there, but I made sure the property management knew about them. All and all a very nice place. I would stay here again

Condo near the beach

Good location near the beach with plenty of room. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a minor issue with the front door that i was able to resolve and property management was very responsive. As others have said, this condo is on the third floor with no elevator. Not a big deal for me, but could be for some.
