The views of Boulder Bay in Big Bear Lake were beautiful!! The house was very comfortable. It was awesome to celebrate my birthday here. We really enjoyed our stay. I hope to come back next year for my birthday. Rob was a great host!!

Very nice property located across the street from the lake and beach park. Could easily walk to the park and rent kayaks, canoes etc. The host was great……very helpful.

Rob was an excellent host. His property is beautiful and had everything we needed. My kids loved the bunk beds as well as the hot tub. He was very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. Would love to stay here again!

Robert was a great host! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there at the cabin.The view was perfect.The hot tub was excellent.The amenities were well thought out and worked Perfectly for us.It's definitely a great place for a weekend Getaway with you and your significant other or the whole family. The house is lovely- clean, well-stocked and has a gorgeous view of the lake. Rob is an amazing host, answering any text questions within minutes. We will definitely come back to this place again!

The place was wonderful! The lakeside view was beautiful from the jacuzzi. Robert was very communicative and accommodating when we had needs. I just wish the place had one more bed b/c it said it fit 8 but actually fit 7

Amazing! This was one of the listings that you show up to and are pleasantly surprised. Not only did it meet expectations but exceeded them. upstairs bedrooms were unbearably hot. the ac vent in my bedroom is under the bed. the hot tub was ok. hard to get started. food left on kitchen counter was very quickly covered with ants.

Jerry- We are very sorry to hear that you found the upstairs area of the cabin so hot. Unfortunately your stay was during a record breaking heat wave that everyone in Big Bear had to endure up the 90 Degree heat level, which is truly unheard of by the lake even in July. It was so hot that the city even turned off the power in certain areas for safety measures in the fear of fires. While we are very sorry you had to endure this heat we don't feel it is fair to blame it on the the cabin itself, as this is purely mother nature and out of our control. We installed a brand new AC unit with all new vents in every room just less than 6 months ago and every guest as you will see has left us 5 star reviews to reflect their sheer delight with our beautiful lake view cabin. With regards to any ants that you may have found in the cabin, you are staying in a cabin in the woods and if you leave food out when there is a heat wave the chances of any ants or bugs are of course a great deal higher. Our handyman checked this cabin for ants and a complete walk through just prior to your arrival and did not find any. So again we do not feel your review to be an accurate evaluation of the cabin itself and more a result of mother nature working away causing issues that unfortunately are completely out of our control. We recommend a visit back during the winter months also a beautiful time of year to visit, but a great deal cooler that maybe more of an enjoyable time of year for you to visit the city. Beautiful home overlooking Boulder Bay at Big Bear Lake! Every room has a gorgeous view with hot tub overlooking lake as well… well thought out with outdoor heaters for winter and comfy seating throughout.., plenty of parking too! The host, Rob is very responsive should you have any questions. The home has everything you need and more! There is lots to do including snowboarding, the Aloine zoo, bike riding and more. Enjoy

Rob, our host, was extremely helpful from booking through check-in, providing clear directions and useful information about Big Bear Lake. Rob was available to answer all our questions before, during, and after our visit. The cabin offered excellent amenities (everything that you could ever need in a home), a beautiful location with lake views, well thought out furnishings, and spotless cleanliness. The patio was perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a drink, complete with a fireplace and a jacuzzi. The cabin met all our needs for location, comfort, privacy, and amenities. We look forward to staying here again on future visits.

This cabin was by far the nicest cabin our party had ever stayed in. Our host Robert was the most supportive and kind host we could ask for. Though there were no issues, he was ready to support us at any time. We had an engagement proposal set up right on the patio with the beautiful view in the background. Robert helped us keep a smooth process the entire way. Looking forward to returning some day.

Honestly this place is a newly found gem and we intend to return in the future for our annual Big Bear visits. From the get-go, Rob was very communicative and thorough with all necessary details, and was responsive when I had questions. When we walked in, immediately fell in love with how clean and cozy the place is. The home is also well stocked with all the kitchen essentials and so if you plan to cook like we did, you'll love this place. He also had a welcome wine for us and this was greatly appreciated! We ended the night in the jacuzzi after a day of skiing, and noticed how clean and well kept the jacuzzi is as well. And all that topped off with the nice view of the lake Will definitely re-visit in the future. One of the nicest and well-maintained rental homes.

The host has thought of everything. The high speed internet was great, so working remotely from this property was a breeze for all the guests. Lovely big screen TV in the living room . Every conceivable pot, pan, bowl and utensil were provided in the kitchen. There are only 4 parking spaces permitted per Big Bear city regulations. Be sure to check propane levels on the outdoor appliances you plan to use, they may not be full completely full.
