Our host Nicollette was super responsive and friendly.. it was nice to have private parking in the garage. The furniture and bedding all very comfy and kitchen was well stocked..

Nicolette was the perfect host. Her instructions with check in and out were clear and perfect. The place was immaculate and well thought out with so many great details making it a cozy place. It's conveniently located and the building is a safe place for families. I also loved the coffee at The Bean Head Coffee House which was right at the corner, and steps away! Thank you Nicolette for making our stay comfy and welcoming!

Highly recommend this cozy condo in downtown New Castle, Delaware. We loved the host. She was extremely attentive and welcoming. We had two small issues during our stay and she took care of them immediately. She also shared her personal recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and entertainment in the area. The condo is less than 40 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and near many great restaurants and hot spots.

My wife, friends and I had a great stay! We were in town for the World Cup and found this place since it wasn’t too far from Philly. The host was very communicative and responded fast whenever we needed something.The home was modern and it had everything you needed. The kitchen also had the essentials for those planning to use the kitchen to cook (even though we did not). Everything was clean and tidy! The instructions for checking in were made simple and we felt more comfortable with this home since there was a partaking garage and parking spot we were able to use.

Very clean. 40 minutes from Philly. Very convenient location. Close to grocery store, train station, many choice restaurants. While I felt like I was inconveniencing my host, she never stopped being polite and helpful. She helped when we had a surprise guest and gave great recommendations for some of her favorite places to eat. I liked that we had private parking in a secured garage. If the outdoors are your esthetic, it's not far from Longwood Gardens Response time was excellent. Would stay again!
