We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. Great living area. Rooms are spacious. There were a few drawbacks: router for WIFI is in the garage so coverage in the house is not the best, the house sits across from public beach parking and the beach access you must use is via the public walkway (not the closer, gated HOA walkway). This property does have a property management company rather than an individual. They are very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed the spacious rooms and living area during your stay. We truly appreciate you noting the WiFi and beach access considerations—these are helpful details for future guests planning their visit. Your point about the public parking lot proximity and walkway access is especially useful context. We're grateful for your kind words about our team's responsiveness. That means a lot to us, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime. Madison, Beach Properties
