The home was clean, the beds comfortable and everything as described. Check in was easy. Glenn was a great host and easy to work with. I really appreciated the extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals.

The place was perfect for a getaway trip. The house was exactly as described. Close to the beach with several food options close by. We plan on staying again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and has everything you could need during your stay. It is VERY CLOSE to the beach, maybe a 2 minute walk and you’re on the sand, if that. The area is nice, and there are great restaurants around. Highly recommend!!

Another year having an amazing time at Glenn’s property! It is always perfect. Walk to the beach is easy, house is spacious and has every single thing we ever end up needing. Glenn is great and so easy to communicate with if you ever need to. Will be booking again next year as usual!

Best place near St. Augustine

We had the best time at Glenn’s place. Great location. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Check in and check out we’re super easy!

Great Stay

We visited with family, St. Augustine downtown, Took walks on the beach, and drove to State Parks. Nice to come home to comfortable and spacious VRBO.

Beach vacation

The property was clean and comfortable. Glenn was a great host and quick with communication. The neighborhood is quiet with a short walk to the beach.

Great spot and access to the beach. Family vacation worked out great despite airline snafuus. Would recommend and plan to stay here again

Excellent host.. amazing property and location

Very clean and well stocked property. Check in was a breeze and host was super accommodating and property is great! very close to the beach, easy walk and this beach drive on and easy access. Location is superb! Looking forward to staying with this host again.

Place was close to the beach and a short drive to St. Augustine . Had everything we needed and very clean . Nice quiet neighborhood and just a nice place to relax . The dogs felt right at home as well. We'll be back

Great Location!

Wonderful location only steps to the super dog friendly beaches, perfect for long walks. Plenty of space to share with another couple. Had everything we needed and very comfortable beds! Close to great restaurants and State Parks as well as “Old St. Augustine”!

Fantastic visit

We had a wonderful visit. The property is comfortable and clean and the location is excellent beautiful neighborhood clean right near the beach. We walked our dogs on the beach every day just around the corner.
