Welcome to C Street Retreat!
Newley renovated 2 Bedroom , 2 bathroom beach house with a fenced in yard for the dogs, 1 block to the Beach and walking distance to many restaurants.

MONTHLY BOOKINGS ALLOWED FROM SEPTEMBER TO MARCH AND ARE SUBJECT TO A $250.00 DEEP CLEANING FEE

There is a single garage for storage, washer and dryer, new floors and windows, new kitchen and appliances and a 12 cup coffeemaker, linens , & towels. The master bedroom has it's own master bathroom. Smart TV's with Streaming only and Internet Speed of 800 MBPS.

There is a gas BBQ and a propane fire pit.

We provide beach cart, 4 chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your stay.

Lisa & Tony, the owners live close by for emergencies, there is a door code for entry.

Pack your clothes and your dogs and enjoy your stay!

Excellent home and property. Spotless inside and out. Property owner, Lisa was available at a moments notice for any concerns that we had. One block from the ocean. Walkable to numerous restaurants. Charming, quiet neighborhood for walking and bike riding. We stayed for 10 weeks and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. Lisa is the best!

Great Dog-Friendly House

The location is perfect for a casual time at the beach. The house was very clean and ideal for our vacation. Highly recommend!

Clean and convenient to the brach

This house was dog friendly and very clean. No doggie odor and a nice fenced in yard. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Only a short block from a beautiful beach with chairs and a cart to conveniently get all your stuff to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location!

We had a very pleasant stay at this charming beach home. The location just off A1A was perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants. The host was attentive and communicated quickly, and the home itself was well stocked and clean. We would love to stay here again!

I Could Not Ask for More!

I highly recommend this adorable cottage! It’s conveniently located and very comfortable. The house includes a well-stocked kitchen, extra linens, and even basic toiletries. Plus, there’s a feeding station for your dog. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beds, so you’ll want to plan ahead for that. Our dog always sleeps in her portable crate on trips, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We had a lovely vacation and hope to stay again!

Great place to stay,relax. Close to downtown St. Augustine

We had family we went to see. Was very relaxing. Great patio to enjoy morning evenings. Beach was beautiful and water was fun to play in. Loved going to St. Augustine was fun and a lot of history.

Always delivers

I have stayed at this property and the owners other properties many times. I ,eep coming back because of the location, the pet friendly policy and the owner’s detail to perfection. Always clean, well stocked and easy communication. Can’t say enough great things about this property and its owner.

St Augustine Vacation

House was as advertised. Well kept, cozy, excellent location, and perfect size for the three of us. Back yard was great in the afternoon with a shade to hang out with my dog and smoke a cigar. This was the vacation my wife and I needed and truly enjoyed.

We are repeat customers. We love it and so do our dogs. Comfortable and walking distance to beach and restaurants! Well stocked and clean! There’s even beach accessories in garage to use!

Another perfect stay

Our second stay at C Street. The house is very clean, well maintained, well stocked, comfortable and perfectly located. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard with our pups. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach Home

Lisa was awesome to work with and this property is really nice and super convenient to the beach and plenty of places to enjoy. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and this beautifully decorated home has a lot of nice little touches and amenities. We will be back.

Relaxing and clean

Sea breezes and good Restaurants

My wife and I are locals from the other side of the river who stay in St. A 1-2 times a year. In fact we were at a B Street rental for a week in April. This house was very nice and just as advertised: which is important. As we get older we are looking for: Peace and Quiet, lots of outdoor time, convenience and NO STAIRS. For non-pet owners, the house was very clean and dog odor free so don't worry. Try it out and have a good time!!

Perfect Vacation!

We can’t wait to return to this perfect beach vacation rental! The location was a quick walk to the beach, coffee, tacos, lunch and nail salon. The house had anything you could want and more form ample blankets, towels, seasonings, equipment, beach cart and more.

Dog Friendly Beach House

This house was wonderful. It was exactly as listed on the VRBO sight plus included many thoughtful extras by the host to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was definitely dog friendly from the dog dishes provided to the outdoor dog wash. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again next time we are in St. Augustine. Thank you to the host for a great time.
