Welcome to C Street Retreat!
Newley renovated 2 Bedroom , 2 bathroom beach house with a fenced in yard for the dogs, 1 block to the Beach and walking distance to many restaurants.

MONTHLY BOOKINGS ALLOWED FROM SEPTEMBER TO MARCH AND ARE SUBJECT TO A $250.00 DEEP CLEANING FEE

There is a single garage for storage, washer and dryer, new floors and windows, new kitchen and appliances and a 12 cup coffeemaker, linens , & towels. The master bedroom has it's own master bathroom. Smart TV's with Streaming only and Internet Speed of 800 MBPS.

There is a gas BBQ and a propane fire pit.

We provide beach cart, 4 chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your stay.

Lisa & Tony, the owners live close by for emergencies, there is a door code for entry.

Pack your clothes and your dogs and enjoy your stay!

The back deck with privacy fenced in yard was perfect for outdoor sitting with our pet. All amenities were included. The best I’ve experienced and we go to St Augustine every year.

Perfect beach house getaway!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great...short walk to the beach and restaurants, and short drive to historic St. Augustine. Very relaxing vacation!

This property is well updated and very clean! The owners really have it nailed down with all the small details taken care of on this property (toiletries, cleaning supplies, soaps/ detergents, beach accessories, etc.). Easy walk to beach and few restaurants nearby. Only con, maybe add shower rod or sliding door to on suite bathroom as it tends to get water outside shower since it's only half enclosed. Great property and communication with owners and highly recommend!!

Can’t beat the location!

We had a very pleasant stay at this charming beach home. The location just off A1A was perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants. The host was attentive and communicated quickly, and the home itself was well stocked and clean. We would love to stay here again!

Great location, wonderful home

This house was great for our family of four and our little pup. House was very clean, had a great floor plan and the perfect outdoor space. We had a great time & the hostess was amazing.

Excellent home and property. Spotless inside and out. Property owner, Lisa was available at a moments notice for any concerns that we had. One block from the ocean. Walkable to numerous restaurants. Charming, quiet neighborhood for walking and bike riding. We stayed for 10 weeks and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. Lisa is the best!

Getaway

This property was prefect for 4 adults and 2 dogs. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing and clean

Everything was perfect!

We have stayed at this house now for the second year in a roll. We love the proximity to the beach, how clean everything is, and how prompt the property owner responds to inquiries. We had a great time.

I Could Not Ask for More!

I highly recommend this adorable cottage! It’s conveniently located and very comfortable. The house includes a well-stocked kitchen, extra linens, and even basic toiletries. Plus, there’s a feeding station for your dog. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beds, so you’ll want to plan ahead for that. Our dog always sleeps in her portable crate on trips, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We had a lovely vacation and hope to stay again!

Summer beach trip

This place is amazing! This was my third time staying here and I always hate to leave. It’s always spotless when we arrive. There’s everything you need including beach chairs and towels. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. The location is perfect to walk to the beach or several wonderful restaurants close by. The mini golf was also fun just a couple of blocks away. Lisa D Is a great host and communicates very well.

Sea breezes and good Restaurants

My wife and I are locals from the other side of the river who stay in St. A 1-2 times a year. In fact we were at a B Street rental for a week in April. This house was very nice and just as advertised: which is important. As we get older we are looking for: Peace and Quiet, lots of outdoor time, convenience and NO STAIRS. For non-pet owners, the house was very clean and dog odor free so don't worry. Try it out and have a good time!!

Great house and location

This was a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, There was only two of us with our small dogs. The yard is fenced in with a nice deck and sitting area. It was nice not to have to walk the dogs every morning just let them out in the yard with plenty of grass. We were traveling from KW and had a lot of gear. The garage was perfect for the bikes and luggage. Thank you

Beach getaway

We loved this house. It’s perfect for 2 couples or a small family. While it’s dog friendly, we opted to leave the pooches at home. The house offered a cozy, intimate setting that’s close (1 block) to the beach path. Everything was clean and ready to go. Plus it’s within walking distance to several restaurants and cafes. The rear patio is ideal for lunch or a quiet evening around a fire pit. Since it’s dog friendly, we will definitely considering this house for future trips.

We’ll definitely be back!

This house was more than we expected in terms of awesomeness! If you have dogs and struggle to look for a place to take them with you on vacation, look no further! The host, Lisa, has made this a home for the whole family. The beach is very close. Historic Downtown is a short drive. The house is VERY well kept and extremely clean. Also, her “Checkout” instructions were very simple.. Lisa, on behalf of my family I would like to say THANK YOU for being such a gracious host. We truly felt at home. We will definitely be back.

My favorite

My recent stay was either the 3rd or 4th time at the Cstreetrereat. It now feels like a home away from home. The house is perfect for my girlfriend, me, and my dog. When we walked in…my girlfriend immediately said “This is great”. We felt so good and welcomed as the house was clean and comfortable. We just felt at home! The location is perfect as the beach is an easy walk (beach chairs and an umbrella are provided) as well are several restaurants and bars. The only problem….my excellent reviews make the house more popular and more difficult to rent!!! By the way, the owner, Lisa…is terrific.

Slice of Heaven

Lisa met us upon arrival and walked us through the interior and exterior of the home. She also shared all the best places to eat and what to do. The location of this house is fantastic right in the heart of St. Augustine beach and only one block from the powdery white sand and surf. Many restaurants and fun bars you can walk to! Short 5 miles to historic downtown where there are endless things to see and eat! C Street Retreat exceeded our expectations and had every amenity you could think of. A true home away from home. The pets loved their stay and the fenced in back yard, deck, fire pit, seating area, outdoor shower were a huge bonus. A+ all around and the cleanest VBRO we have ever stayed in.
