5-Acre Candy Theme Park Mansion

Thanks so much for staying and playing at Sweet Escape! We are actively seeking more ways to provide guests with edible candy but please keep in mind that we DO have six game machines on site that dispense candy: One is the Candy crane in the ice cream social arcade room. It’s set to ensure that each player is given a handful of assorted, wrapped candy. The other is the “Gumball” pinball machine; Hit the Gumball into the one of the prize areas on the playing field and it’s yours to eat! We also have 4 gumball-dispensing machines in the "Candy Shop" living room. They do require a penny but we provide some as well! The other candy themed decor usually leads to playable/usable attractions. For example, the “hot cocoa” sauna in the Hershey chocolate bedroom is fully usable. Unfortunately, since it’s only a vacation home rental, we couldn’t possibly serve piping hot coca with each use :-) (Although that would be really cool or...really warm lol !) Re: water—A bit of chlorine in local water is actually a good thing! That means it’s removing the harmless but smelly sulfur that ordinary occurs in wells. All local restaurants, hotels, etc have chlorine in their water. It’s the “norm” for central Florida outside of cities! (I originally moved here from NYC 15 years ago and remember it being something I noticed at first too ...but am now quite used to it!) We are already talking about ways to introduce more actually edible candy —I know all the candy themed decor & games can certainly make a sweet tooth crave a fix ! Thanks again ! Thanks for your stay and for your review. It was great to have your family at Sweet Escape for 11 days!! As you know, we do have a significant number of commercial video game machines. We maintain them regularly...The pinball in the Pepsi room is an antique (to sort of go with the theme) ....We do maintenance on that one at least twice a month and I'm looking to replace it very soon-- Just need to find the "perfect" one for the room's theme! I'm sorry to hear about your back! We take great pride in offering unusually comfortable bedding -- bolstered by the high quality foam mattress toppers used on each. Having read your review, I'm going to personally go over to Sweet Escape today as we have an opening there-- to test bedding to see if anything needs to be updated or replaced. We'd love to have you back to any of our properties in the future. If you ever experience ANY discomfort sleeping again, please just let us know as we can usually assess the situation and bring over a new mattress or bedding that better suits your tastes. Thanks again! Andrew Greenstein, Owner

Thank you for your kind words! We are always happy to rush over w/ new beds if any of the rollaways aren't working for you! - We do replace them periodically and will soon change over to tri-fold luxury mattresses in their place. Hope you make it back to us soon! -Andrew

Thank you Salva!! It was great having you and your family stay! You're welcome at any of our estates in the future! -Ginger
