Quiet cabin in a perfect location; close to skiing, hiking and biking trails.

Cozy & rustic, welcoming cabin in Laurel Mountain Village, less than 1 mile to Laurel Mountain Ski Resort. House is perfect for both summer and winter with an indoor fireplace and a big outdoor fire ring. Yard is great for families, tons of open space and a fun rope swing. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom; One bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The house can sleep 8. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need.

* New Screened in front porch and balcony off of the second story bedroom.
** Please note that the stairs to the second floor (2 bedrooms and bathroom) are steep however there are handrails on both sides
*** Wifi is not available up on the mountain, the property does have good cell reception

clean, cozy cabin! the front enclosed porch was awesome, and we wished we could use the fire pit but it rained. loved that we could bring our dog. great stay!

I loved your communication with me and the fire wood that was available. We didn't really use much since warm and just used a little later each day.I have to say I was disappointed with the single step and high reach on to the porch by the kitchen door. You need 2 steps there, not just one and a banister with it. Kitchen drawer was jammed and couldn't use the kitchen utensils (I left a note to unjam it). Also, no kitchen drain for sink. Suggestion: Non-skid rugs for the bathroom. The bed was very nice. The rug on the front porch and upstairs weren't clean. I loved the cabin, fire ring area and neighborhood. Thanks so much!

Great place near Ligonier, wooded area, gravel streets to walk the dog. Outdoors space is wonderful, we really liked the screened in porch. Very very quiet area, very relaxing! We will definitely rent here again!

What a wonderful, relaxing weekend. We needed a weekend getaway and wanted to visit the Flight 93 Memorial. Quaint setting. Lovely cabin. Our only disappointment…..it rained most of the weekend so we were unable to enjoy a fire in the fire pit. But, Mother Nature clearly wants us to come back again. Sitting in the screened in porch listening to the rain was therapeutic. We look forward to our next trip to this cabin in the woods and the fire in the fire pit!!

Great place!

We loved this cabin. The location was ideal and in a beautiful setting. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basics needed. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Cozy cabin for a two-night ski vacation

We really enjoyed staying in this warm, family-friendly cabin in late February when we came up for two nights to ski at Laurel Mountain. The rustic mountain-chalet decor helped us relax immediately. There is plenty of room, even for a big family. The place was clean and we slept well in the comfortable beds.

Perfect cabin getaway

The pictures did not do this cabin justice. It was beautiful on a lovely piece of property. The accommodations were fantastic. This was exactly what we were hoping for and more. We would love to come back.

Great stay! Quaint cabin in the perfect location

We loved our stay. The cabin the nice and quaint. The location was perfect for biking and hiking trail access (& skiing if that’s your thing)! Communication was great, and the cabin was very cozy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Could not have picked a better VRBO for this time of year!

With all the hustle and bustle going on in our lives, we decided to slip away for a little R and R on our days off. As the title said, I could not have picked a better VRBO for this time of year. When we got there everything was very clean and very cozy. Playing board games on the screened-in porch while listening to the ambient nature sounds is a memory i soon wont forget. The owner replied quickly to any questions that we had and was friendly. This cabin is only a short drive from forbes state forest and i highly recommend both the bog trail as well as wolf rocks trail. My only complaint is that we only had two days to enjoy the serenity!

Hiking Vacation

The cabin was as described, quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. We loved the fire pit and that we were able to bring my dog along too.

Nice location

We loved the location which was perfect for us. We wish the place was a better lit and a little better taken care of. There were very few supples and some things we missed was hand soap in the upstairs bathroom, Kleenex and a working microwave oven. One thing we loved was the screened in porch

Secluded Cozy Cabin

Really a Cabin feel. Very secluded… enjoyed the large fire pit. Lots of good amenities in the cabin. Enjoyed all the furnishings and knick-knacks. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. 30 minutes to Steelers Training Camp and 20 minutes to Idlewild. Highly recommend. Only issue was the stairs. Going up and down was a little dicey for those of us 65 and over, lol, but there is a bed/bath on the main floor

Lovely large cabin with something for everyone . Hiking, campfires, games for adults and children , nice selection of movies, peaceful location . lol
