The second bathroom is located in the basement and is not mentioned in the original listing until you book the property. The thermostat automatically turns down to 55 degrees every night which makes it very cold when one awakens in the morning. The property owner tried unsuccessfully to correct it.Locating the property was a challenge as the house number is hidden behind the large tree in the front yard and there is no sign by the road.

Perfect location for visiting Davidsville family. Great living spaces with partially finished basement for the kids to play. Down side though, the overly firm pillows and beds along with old house creeks and pops along with traffic noise made it hard for some to get a good nights sleep.

The property and the grounds were excellent, and the overall description matched it perfectly. Check in was very easy, and upon arrival, everything was really clean and the house is well organized and what i call, move in ready!Honestly wish we would have had more days and time to enjoy the large front porch and fire pit area.Living room was very nice with a huge TV.Plenty of supplies and coffee/tea brewers.Perfectly situated in the hills of Davidsville and just few minutes to Johnstown PA.Great stay and hope to get back there again!
