The beach house was all we expected - clean, had all the basics we needed, close to the beach. The host was very responsive to our queries and very helpful.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was nice & clean. The only thing we had a issue with was we couldn't find the wifi as mentioned to connect to it.

Everything was pretty clean and well maintained. The room with bunk beds, the living room, and the bathroom have window A/C units. However, the “master bed” has no A/C. They have several fans so we turned 3 of them on the stay cool. Of course it’s Summer time so it’s pretty hot during the day.Other than that, everything was okay!

I love this place but they need to fix a few things. 1. Replace the missing blinds in second bedroom. 2. The front left burner on the stove does not work. 3. 2 of the 4 fans are broken. 4. Something is wrong with the bedroom tv remote. It is a great location and I stay here often.

Host was fabulous with communication and quick and polite with responses. When we arrived the door know was missing but we were able to enter via deadbolt. The central ac does not work. Host sent Maintenance out and he was lovely and let us know that he has brought an extra window ac but had no place to install it. He did everything he could to cool the house down as it was 83 degrees inside. Wifi network also does not show up. The kitchen was also quite dirty which wasn't the worst as we just cleaned it up. Overall the Host is quick to respond and if they remedy a few things the stay would be awesome. Just a few items such as ac. Again, Host is very polite and responsive which was lovely as well as the maintenance guy. He was so kind to us.

The toilet had feces all over it , hole in bedroomwall, stove was old white one, picture newer black one,one of the bedroom walls had major cracks and brown marks all over wall. Couch was not what was in picture, and was old and damaged. The unit DID NOT match the photos on VRBO. THERE IS NOTHING MISLEADI G ABOUT THIS REVIEW, IT IS FACTUAL, SEE PHOTOS

The one managing property was very prompt, kind, and available! House was clean! - however, there is some major AI fluff to the listing photos, so don't be surprised when you there there. Kitchen living areas are different than shown. Also, the bottom bunk was okay for my 2 year old, but with barely any movement squeaks INSANELY loud & I don't believe it's an actual mattress on there. The main bedroom was comfortable though. Bring a towel or curtain to put in the bunk room window, flood lights from the property behind this one at night literally make it feel like day time they're so bright. Also the central a/c doesn't work and there is one window unit not working either, the house stayed 80 degrees in May. They were kind enough to leave box fans.
