A wonderful place to stay! The house was spotless and cozy. All the little touches like the coffee in the cabinet, the doggie window, and the toiletries and couch blankets were great! Lovely neighborhood.

Just perfect place to stay while visiting Erie while attending the Centennial Celebration at Mercyhurst College. The property is well appointed and comfortable. The host responds very quickly and is extremely accommodating! Wonderful stay!

This was my second stay and it was as delightful as my first stay. Spotless and clean, easy check-in, nicely decorated and furnished. Location is real plus since it's located midway between downtown attractions and Presque Isle to the west. Quiet residential neighborhood. Nice breakfast place, Avantis, within walking distance and short drive east to Frontier Park, Romolos for chocolates and host of other cool shops, like Pressed coffee shop/bookstore, Altered State Distillery, Popluck Popcorn. Great communication with Sarah. Highly recommend and hope to stay in future.

Sarah is a wonderful host and I'm so thankful my family and I got to stay at her rental in Erie. Everything was clean and organized and the rental was very spacious. It's close to the beach and other restaurants. My family and I had a wonderful time and I would definitely stay at Sarah's rental again.

Very nice home, well maintained and in a nice location. A little quirky having the 2nd bathroom in the basement, but all good. The house is very clean and nicely furnished too. Would stay there again if returning to the area in the future.

The positives: Close to the beaches and activities. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out process. The Cons: Smelled like a wet animal throught the main level and worse in the basement. (Was fine on the top floor)Oven is very, outside of fridge was dirty and dishwasher is falling apart.

This is a great place to stay. Description is spot on. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything in Erie. Delighted how clean and organized this house was. Beautifully decorated and furnished with lovely furniture pieces. Loved the overall vintage vibe throughout the place making for a cool, calm and peaceful visit. Secure entry system was easy to use with special code. Nice backyard and patio area for hanging out. Liked having off-street parking in driveway. Communication with Sarah was great. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sarah!

This house was perfect! You walk into an immaculately clean home and an amazing scent. The location is close to everything in Erie including the beaches and the Waldameer in a quiet little neighborhood with off street parking. It has everything we needed for a family of 6 on vacation. There is plenty of very comfortable beds to sleep in and a smart TV in one of the bedrooms, the living room, and the finished basement which my kids loved. You can tell this home was decorated with a lot of love and it shows. I had the greatest experience you could ever hope for with a Vrbo host. Sarah was very responsive to any questions I had and guided me through the check in process to make it super easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Five stars from my family!

House was clean and the process from booking to checking out was simple, easy. We would love to book again next year for our trip to Erie. You’re about 5-10 mins from everywhere you need to go.
