Best location downtown with off street parking!
Between 5th and 6th St on Sassafras. This gem is perfectly located in the heart of downtown. Just steps away from the Gannon University football field, Erie County Courthouse and dozens of restaurants and bars!
This three bedroom second floor apartment is spacious and will give you the freedom to just park your vehicle and enjoy all the beauty Erie has to offer!
The space
The property is in an older brick building in the heart of Gannon university and the downtown. It is located in a very safe location, but with any downtown location, you can expect activity. So if you're looking for a private secluded getaway. This is probably not the property for you
Guest access
You have full access to the entire three bedroom apartment.
Other things to note
If you have a pet please let me know because there is an additional $15 per pet per day fee. If you do not mention the pet prior to your arrival your $200 security deposit will be forfeited.
Any additional cleaning beyond normal garbage and linens you may be charged up to $100.

It was clean and had was exactly links the description- only points the kitchen is very basic, not for cooking meal. We ate out mostly anyway. Great large space. Quiet neighborhood. Great base for bars, Presque Isle and baseball park.

It was perfect for what we needed for our visit to the local college. It was pet friendly and quiet. Everything was clean and it was walking distance to so much.

Great location for the price! Very close to everything we wanted to do… parking spot wasn’t the best, but we also drove a GMC Sierra. I’m glad my husband and is an excellent driver or we would have never been able to get into the spot. The apartment was very clean, except for in the kitchen. There’s an ant problem. The owner was very fast at answering all the questions we had about the rental. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone, assuming the ant problem is taken care of

Hosts were very responsive and assistive for a couple of minor issues we had. The property is in a great location, but be aware that it is an older property that’s had some renovations. The value for the stay compared to others in the area was worth it (IMO). It had a certain charm to it. I appreciated it contained the essentials we needed when there. Parking a larger SUV was a challenge. I would recommend brining your own pillows as the ones there left much to be desired. I would stay there again!

The good: it was a nice apartment, the owner took care of an issue we had late at night, The bad: tight parking spaces, the bathroom door didn’t close and it didn’t have a lock on it to even keep it closed, the window in the one bedroom doesn’t stay in properly, had a massive air freshener smell when we first arrived it triggered breathing issues and had to use an inhaler and had to open windows. The apartment over all was beautiful and my little one enjoyed himself will think about renting it again

This property is perfect, especially for anyone needing to be near Gannon University or the heart of Erie. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights. It was pleasant and just as described. We would stay again. Note that beds are firm and no extra blankets. We were fine with it though.

We had a really nice stay here. It was very clean when we got there. The property was a nice size for our family of six. The shower was very nice as well hot water tank definitely great. There was off stree parking however with a bigger vehicle it was kinda hard to park. But other then that was a great trip definitely worth the price of it. And would definitely stay here again. Had bigger appliances that was needed for cooking as well like an oven which was not pictured but was glad it was there. Definitely would stay again. Great price

The guests prior to Kimberly’s stay broke a section of the couch and tried hiding the damage, so we didn’t see it until Kimberly brought it to our attention. I immediately purchased a new couch, but it wasn’t able to be delivered during Kimberly’s stay.
