PROPERTY:
✦ Main Level - Fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-sleeper and “virtual aquarium”. Patio door access to small outdoor deck. Great access to Community pool from here!
✦Middle level - Queen Bedroom and Full Bathroom (tub/shower combo)
✦Upper level - King Bedroom (sleeps 2) with balcony overlooking beach and pool. Full bathroom (tub/shower combo) Additional twin bunk area (sleeps 2) perfect for kids. (Snug if sleeping adults). Laundry room located on top floor.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✦Bed linens, Bath towels, Beach chairs and gear, Bikes, Beach towels provided. The use of bikes and beach gear is completely complementary for guest(s) and is not included in the price paid for the townhome. Therefore no monies will be refunded if any item(s) malfunctions and can not be used during guest(s) stay.
✦ "Starter" toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags provided. Guests are asked to replenish items if additional is needed during their stay.

Great stay in a good area for family and kids. Mike will ensure your family has a great time! Recommend to anyone. Clean pool and short walk to the beach.

Location is great. Love ocean mile! This unit was good. Could use some updating but the cleanliness or lack of was the biggest drawback. It almost seemed like they “forgot” to clean the kitchen and bathrooms. Linens were fine but broom, mop and vacuum were just left in the kitchen. There was sand on the kitchen counters and coffee stains on cabinets. Garbage disposal was filthy and smelled. We had to do a little cleaning before we could settle in.

The host was very responsive when our internet connection failed on numerous occasions The kitchen sink backed up and host contacted plumber, who, btw, never showed

As far as the sink the plumber was on his way when we received a message from your daughter Jamie that the water drained and the sink was operating we reached out and canceled him coming as per her request! As always we want all our guests to have the best experience and appreciated you reaching out so that we could attend to any issues that came up during your stay. We are grateful you chose us for your mother daughter vacation… Many blessings

We had a great stay here. We loved being so close to the pool and easy, quick, walking access to the beach. The host let us use their bikes and bike trailer in the storage room which was super helpful to us. Kitchen had most things you would need, rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. There were a few things to note, though none of them really negatively affected our stay. The door handle on the outside of the master bathroom fell off and we couldn’t get it back on, so we just left it off and didn’t close the door all the way. We couldn’t find the remote for the aquarium fireplace screen anywhere for the kids to see it. I could only find 2 out of the 4 beach towels so we had to go get some more. Only 1 of the 3 bathrooms had hand soap and it was empty - I know the listing states starter supplies are provided but it seems like we shouldn’t have to supply full new hand soaps for the whole place when we are only staying 1 week. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again! Great place to bring kids, there were child utensils and dishes in the kitchen and the bunk beds were very cute and the kids loved them. The property manager came around to the pool area daily and was very friendly. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins in the ocean. Thank you, hosts!
