The place was very large and quiet other than normal city noises. Everything was clean, the bedding was comfortable. We got in late in the day and the concierge communicated well and made sure we were able to get in. It is bit of a walk to the trains, but it was a safe neighborhood and there is also a bus that you can take to save some walking. Overall, it was a great stay and no major complaints!

Six of us made a trip to Chicago and stayed at this location. The place is very roomy with a full kitchen. There was public transportation nearby to get us ro everywhere we were going ( Field museum, Grant park, Navy pier).

We loved our stay. However there are a few things that would make the experience even better. Bigger coffee cup, a tall kitchen trash receptacle, maybe another tv in the largest bedroom because with multiple guests everyone may not want to watch the same thing. There should be a physical book with info about the area including how close china town is.Where the nearest entrance for the el. And invest in bath sheets for the bathrooms instead of bath towels. Small changes will elevate the experience to luxury status.Still the stay was great. I will definitely consider the next time I come to Chicago.

Very nice place to stay, clean and well-provisioned with soap, paper towels, etc. The large deposit and the additional verification were a bit daunting. I did get my deposit back in full after the stay, and the verification appeared legit. The location was excellent and convenient to lots that Chicago has to offer. Comfortable bedding and a nice space to sleep and socialize. All in all a good experience and a really nice space to stay.

Close to convention center. Used uber to get around. Only thing - if sensitive to noise train close and frequent. Laid out well. Very roomy.

Light spacious comfortable apartment. We got my 92 year old mom out of retirement home for a few days and she enjoyed her stay. A short drive to grocery store and china town .

There was hair in the bathroom and no convenient place to put shower toiletries in the primary shower. The mattress felt cheap, and there was no water or ice maker in the fridge. There was also not a tabletop in the outdoor table. The value of the property and what we paid were wildly misaligned, and there was construction that started in the early morning. I was also told we needed to check in in person and we provided an accurate arrival time and paid for early check in and no one was there to greet us on the property. Once we were able to connect the host, we were directed to a lockbox with a physical key when we could have simply been given a door code.

There was a little glitch upon check in, but the property manager was super helpful and friendly and quickly fixed the problem.

5 Adults for 5 nights we all slept comfortably. Very clean property, good neighborhood. I felt that the property was conveniently located to China Town and Downtown. The garage parking was pricey but well worth it. I felt my vehicle was secure and I was driving a Jeep Wagoneer (long one) you may need some skills. Much better than looking for parking and paying every evening. Communication was very good and Anthony was quick to respond to any questions. I did read about the train, but it did not bother any of us we slept peacefully. Overall great stay and I plan to book again.
