Storm Meadows 300 Building is located directly off the Right-O-Way ski trail at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. You can easily access the slopes with a short walk from the property and can ski directly back into the building.

This convenient property offers views of the ski slopes and south valley. The condominium is located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres ski activities, shops, restaurants, and nightlife just a short walk away. Enjoy the hot tubs after a day indulging in Steamboat's many adventures. There is no need for a car!

This 1 Bedroom condominium offers great views of the ski mountain view! The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is seating for four people at the dining room table and an additional two at the kitchen counter. The living area has a flat-screen TV with a DVD player as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and TV.

Washer/Dryers are on site along with a private ski locker.

Ok but not great

Somewhat convenient to access runs but a long walk to restaurants at base. Furniture and bedroom mattress at condo was dated and need to be replaced. Bathroom counter and toilet were very small. Needs new pans for cooking. Hallway and ceiling noisy from normal activities. cooking.

Excellent location

We stayed for 1 week and it was an excellent location. The condo is on the same floor as the parking lot (4th floor) and the ski in/out is on the first floor just outside the building. We skied in right to the door, however, to ski out, we walked across the road to the green slope, Right 0 Way, which leads to the Wild Blue Gondola. Not sure if you can ski down to the Wild Blue Gondola from the ski in path. The elevator was out of service during our stay but it looked like they fixed it on our last day! The jacuzzi was very hot and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. You will need to bring shampoo/conditioner/bar soap and a sponge to clean dishes with.

Beautiful house in a perfect location

I rented the house with my daughter and a couple of her friends. The house was perfect! The view from the roof was incredible. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the front and the intercoastal on the back. Saturday morning I woke up to the most beautiful sunrise and watched from the comfort of the master suite. The weather was FREEZING so we did not get to enjoy the beach but the layout of the home allowed me to sit quietly and read a book while 16 year old girls made Tik-Tok videos. I absolutely loved this house!!!!

Amazing stay!

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved everything about it. The place was right on the slopes, very clean and has everything you need to prepare meals. We will be back!

Great location!

Great location! Ski in-ski out is very convenient! Beautiful view from the windows! Responsive management. When we had a question, the management replied the same day. Clear and easy check in and check out instructions. No additional stops to pick up keys. You can drive directly to the apartment. Convenient parking lot. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is clean but needs remodeling. Bath towels was clean, but very old. Comfortable bed. Not so comfortable couch, but it was good enough after a day of skiing. In general, very nice place. Would come again.

Cozy condo was fine for 2 but would be tight with 4. Older decor. Kitchen well stocked for use. Tissue products were thin and rough— needs upgrade. Lack of a/c was bordering on miserable (the fans didn’t cut it even at night), but then we were there in the middle of summer — maybe a small window unit in the bedroom? Location on mountain would be good for skiing access, and served us well for easy morning hikes. Check in was easy as key cards accessed via an on-site lock box.

The property is clean and comfortable. We liked the view from the deck. It was also close to the main resort area and was a quick drive to downtown steamboat. My only complaint is that I thought the mattress was way too soft. I think it is old and needs to be replaced.

Good but……

Great location. Neighbors were really loud late until the night. There should be quiet time hours and they should be told about in advance and inforced. Too much money spent to be kept awake by juveniles stacking beer cans. If I wanted that I would have gone to Panama City

Great Location/Quiet building

The short walk to a run was easy, and it was great to be able to ski back to the building. It made it easy for people to start the day and end the day at different times. Accommodations are decent, but you’re really renting the location.

First time to Steamboat

This was a well outfitted cozy condo with a nice parking setup . We were close to lifts and walking distance to shops and restaurants.Excellent communication with hosts. Great getaway with snow galore!

The location for resort activities was awesome, and the hot tub was nice and hot and clean. Easy access to this unit from parking. Furnishings are a bit in need of revamp in geneal, but kitchen was updated.

Great for location, interior not so much.

The location and proximity to the slopes are definitely as advertised. We have been to Steamboat many times, and this is the closest we’ve been to the base area. Unfortunately, that is where the positives stop. Customer Service: We noticed some serious cleanliness issues as soon as we occupied the unit. We contacted Cute Snow Villas (Host) and we received no assistance. They offered to clean the unit again, but never came during our 5 day stay. We contacted Vrbo for further assistance to either relocate to different accommodations or direct the host to clean the condo again. Cleanliness: My wife and I spend a lot of time outdoors, so we are generally pretty tolerant in regard to what we are willing to accept in the matter of cleanliness. That being said, we found the unit to be dirty, particularly in the bathroom. We found mold on the shower curtain, sticky surfaces on the wall, and dust/dirt all over the place. The carpet and furniture (couch) had spots/stains. Noise: This is no fault of the host. We understand that tourists vary in neighborly expectations. We found that the walls were thin. We were unable to sleep the first night due to parties in adjacent units and noise from the floor above. Thankfully, this only occurred the one night. Appearance: Overall, the unit needs updating and an overhaul on the deck, bedding, and carpet. The wallpaper is peeling and looks like it’s 20 or so years old. The kitchen looks really good (we think it was recently renovated) and the appliances seem in good order. With the high rate of tourist turnover, we expected a better experience. This is the first time we have had an issue with a Vrbo Host or Steamboat accommodation. We do not recommend using this host or this unit. There are comparable units in the same vicinity for the same price and better conditions.

Good location!

Liked the fact that you went out the back/slope side and were able to walk to the slope and put on your skies and get to the lifts and then you were able to ski in that same access right to the door. It is right by Christy's lift. There is no shuttle but it was a short walk to the center of the resort so you really didn't need a shuttle. Just walked to the center and caught the city bus to downtown. Easily walked to the resteraunts at the base.

My son and I spent 5 days here. Great condo bit of a walk to gondola. We snowboard so strapping up wasnt option as the ski in/ski out slope was not enough for the boards.

Great view

Overall we had an excellent stay at this condo. You are on the main parking level but on the backside of the building so you can see the mountain (ski slopes and roller coaster). Easy elevator access to the lower level with ski lockers and rear exit to get to the slope. There is some walking involved to get on the slopes but it really isn’t that far. Only downside to the location is that there isn’t a shuttle stop right by the condo (you can walk to ski time square and pick up a shuttle there though). We were thrilled that the hot tub was open. Only negative we had for the condo is that the pullout couch was not very comfortable for an adult. The king size bed in the master was fabulous though. Perfect location for a couple who loves to ski/snowboard!
