We created this space to be your home on the road. We are committed to being great neighbors and strictly enforce these House Rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

Smoking - Smoking, including weed, cigars, or vaping, is not allowed indoors. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of ashes and cigarette butts responsibly, and ensure no smoke enters the house to help maintain a fresh indoor environment.

Checkout - All guests must vacate the home by 10 am. We work hard to clean and prepare for guests. In the event you check out late without prior discussion, a late checkout fee will apply. The fee will be half the nightly rate before 1 pm and the full nightly rate after 1 pm.

Noise - No disturbances to neighbors at any time. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Homes are monitored with decibel sensors.

Occupancy - Each home has a maximum occupancy limit. No large gatherings allowed. There is a $35 per night charge for each guest + visitor over 6 people.

Lost & Found
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items, including those left after check-out. Please contact us right away if you’ve left something behind.

Pets
Pets are allowed with prior approval (service animals exempt). Fees apply and are not included in the booking total. Maximum of 2 pets per home (dogs and cats only).

Security Cameras
Exterior cameras are installed for security purposes only. They record activity but are not actively monitored and do not monitor indoor spaces.

Infestation - If we determine that you have brought any infestation into the unit or onto the premises, we reserve the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses necessary to address the infestation.

Parking at Your Own Risk - All vehicles parked on the premises must be registered with us prior to arrival. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ANY OF THE NEIGHBORS' DRIVEWAYS OR YOU WILL BE TOWED IMMEDIATELY.

Damaged or Missing Property - Guests are responsible for any damage or theft during their stay, including to rooms, fixtures, and equipment. We may charge up to 120% of the cost for repairs or replacements, which can include property damage, missing items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, and compensation.

Identity Verification - To prevent identity theft and ensure safety, you’ll need to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during virtual check-in for a background check.

Use - The unit and amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the unit. Guests shall use the unit for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the unit. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMERCIAL FILMING WITHOUT HOSTS' CONSENT.

Client Accommodation Agreement - Prior to arrival, all guests must agree to abide by the House Rules, which will be provided to the guest for review and confirmation after the virtual check-in process.

Maintenance - Staff come once a week and cannot be rescheduled. We take pride in maintaining our homes for the benefit of all our guests. Our management and staff reserve the right to enter the property and report any damage or prohibited activity.

Events - Please inquire about extra EVENT. It is SUPER important NOT TO ANGER the neighbors. If do so, you will be FINED up to $1000 and get evicted with no refund. So PLEASE DON’T!!

No Shoes - Please NO SHOES inside the home, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you bring your own house slippers. Cleaning out dirty footprints will be an additional $300 of deep cleaning fee.
