Very clean, spacious, close to downtown. Area is being revitalized with new housing. Quiet neighborhood, police dept close by, no problems at all. Host was great at communicating! Listing is accurate, enjoyed our visit to Atlanta. Plenty of Ubers, restaurants, attractions nearby. Easy to get to airport, all good

I enjoyed this home with my cousins.Even though we were asked to leave we had a great experience.I was spacious, comfortable and clean! Will definitely recommend to others

Everything was great, but the a/c was dragging because of the heat wave. Property overall was great!! The area makes it feel kinda sketchy, but all was safe.

We had an excellent stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was very responsive and made check-in easy. The location was convenient, 10 mins driving from downtown and Mercedez-Benz Stadium. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful extras provided during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests.

Beautiful home and well laid out. Went to visit the Georgia Aquarium which was jus a stone’s throw away. The family had a great time!!

Great spot close to downtown. Very clean and modern. Only thing to be aware of is the neighbors don’t really let you use the shared driveway and to be fair it’s only a single wide so you would have to coordinate getting in and out. Not really a big deal we just parked in the street right in front of the house. Gorgeous master bath with unbelievably big double shower. Would definitely stay here again.

All of the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There were six people in our party and everyone had their own space and a lot of room to move around. The kitchen and living room were great. Our host was very informative and was quick in responding to our questions. We were in Atlanta to visit the Aquarium and children’s museum, this property was perfectly located for us. I would highly recommend this location!

The home is much larger and more spacious than it looks from the outside. Like most open-concept layouts, heating the common areas can be a bit tricky but manageable. The host was responsive and easy to work with. The neighborhood might raise an eyebrow at first glance, but don’t let that fool you, the location is ideal. Its proximity made it easy to reach my son and spend time with family, which was a huge plus. And for what it’s worth, the neighbors were friendly… I even met a few during my stay.

The host went above and beyond from my initial inquiry until the end of our amazing trip ! We planned a family visit to attend a cheer competition and the home and amenities were perfect …exactly as described and even better! The home is huge and super clean and has all the bells and whistles and more ! We felt safe and secure in the home as well as within the community as the underage area is under development! I wish I could give this a ten star rating ! When we come back this is definitely our go to ! Location was perfect for convention center as well as museums, restaurants, and more ! Much appreciated!

Everything with the house was as pictured. Check in process was easy and the host was quick to respond with questions I had. We had no complaints about the home. Only drawback on the home is the location! It was close to tourist places downtown which was a plus but I’d recommend checking out the surrounding area via Google Maps. The area around the home is being developed but is still definitely a work in progress. Wouldn’t really spend much of my time outside after dark. Overall nice house and good host gave a 3 star rating only because of location.

The area around Mercedes-Benz Stadium is experiencing rapid growth and revitalization in anticipation of the FIFA World Cup this summer and other major events. This is a brand new property, and very nice. Everything worked perfectly, lots of nice snacks and coffee provided, and plenty of towels, dishes, cups, cooking supplies, etc. There are 4 nice bedrooms, and three bathrooms, with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, though be advised the upstairs bedroom is a loft bedroom so it's open to downstairs noise. It was easy walking distance to Mercedes Benz stadium and downtown, though the neighborhood around is rough so you might want to drive or Uber to your destination.
