Experience Cleveland like a local in this delightful 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment. Quiet street near town and the greenway. With a cozy queen bed and a twin trundle bed, guests will feel right at home. There is also an additional roll-a-way twin bed that can be added. We have a pack and play as well.

Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms, one full bath and one half bath. Kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, and all cookware you may need to cook a meal.
Full size washer and dryer.
We have stocked the apartment with all the things you need - washing detergent, dishwasher tabs, and extras.

WiFi is great and there is a smart TV in the living room.

The place was incredibly clean. It was well done - good appliances, cabinets and countertops. It was more spacious than we were prepared. The living room and kitchen are very open. The beds were very comfortable. Dana has done a great job of having little extras from decorations to a large jar of hygiene items in case guests forgot something. All of those things add up to a very hospitable place.

We had a wonderful stay in Cleveland! Dana was great to communicate with and the house was clean and inviting with welcoming and thoughtful touches throughout.

Grateful for this great little house so close to Lee's campus! Especially grateful for the full kitchen. We saved so much money and time cooking for ourselves. Would highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay! Our host was super responsive and kind! We would definitely rent from her again if we needed a place in the area. Also great location to be near the Greenway walking track.

Everything was great, beds confortable, place very clean. But should put not very handicap friendly. No rail in tub. Steps going up in front and inside. No casserole dishes if u cook. Owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

This is such a cute little place to stay. Dana our host was outstanding and very helpful. The interior is new and clean We loved the quiet neighborhood and how close to Lee University it is as well as walking paths etc. This is definitely going to be our go to when we are in town.

What a wonderful stay! From the start, Dana was very responsive to emails. She answered all of my questions and made the check-in process a breeze. It was a hot day when we arrived, and we were welcomed into a lovely, air conditioned living room. The living space was spotlessly clean, there was plenty of space, and the furnishings and decorations were absolutely lovely. The bath towels were plush and very soft on the skin. The TV set was large and had plenty of viewing options. The house was fully stocked with appliances ... there was nothing that we needed ... everything was provided. The bathrooms were spotless and the full bathroom had a nice supply of sundries, in case you left anything at home. And waiting for us was a fresh batch of bakery cookies!!The location was ideal for us. We wanted to be closer to Lee University, which was within walking distance. We were on a nice, quiet residential street, but just a few minutes from shopping establishments and eateries. We were also within 30 minutes of Chattanooga, so I highly recommend the location if you want a quiet place that's not far from Chattanooga or Lee University.In terms of the host, she was a gem! One of the most accommodating hosts I've ever had the pleasurer of renting from. She couldn't have been kinder and she was very understanding. We had to leave a day early due to a family member's health, and she issued a refund for the last day. Dana went above & beyond as a host and I hope to stay there again!

Absolutely no complaints!. Very clean house (which is one of the first things that we check). Great host and we really enjoyed the loaf of whisky bread!!. We would definitely stay here again!!
