Very cute, clean and easy to navigate. The only thing that I would suggest would be a larger kitchen table. We ate in quite a bit and seating was an issue. Loved our stay overall though.

There was no coffee pot. Just a Keurig. But in the major things (clean, odor free, comfort and value) this place was excellent. Would stay again.

The place was very nice and clean. Everything around was easy to access from the location. The kitchen was nice but it was lacking a few kitchen utensils such as a spatchula and a strainer for draining pasta. But other than that it was really nice place to stay and everything worked out well for us.

Stock Cottage was our ‘home base’ for a week while we were in the area for a Chattanooga softball tournament; we chose to stay east of the city of traffic reasons. Everything at the house was clean and cozy. Walk about 3 minutes to the top of the dead-end road to get to an amazing White Oak Mountain trailhead with multiple beautiful hiking and biking trails. We saw deer daily near the house. We were within 30 minutes drive of every softball field we got scheduled on (including the ones in Ringgold and Dalton). We were about 40 minutes from Lookout Mountain when we went in for Rock City and Ruby Falls, and about 35 minutes to the rafting company we used for the Upper/Middle Ocoee River. Walmart and Aldi are both about 10-12 minute drive for groceries.Tips based on other reviews I read: If you can’t find the silverware, look for the drawer without a pull between the sink and oven. Check the closet by the main TV for some extra chairs/TV type of folding tables to use for eating as dining seating is otherwise limited to a small space with 2 stools. Perfect place for our family of 4 for the week! Can’t emphasize enough how awesome the VERY nearby hiking trail system is. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

The house was cozy- perfect for our stay while visiting family in the area!! It fit all our needs and was easily accessible to all the surrounding amenities! The 2nd bathroom area was a very nice addition!

Family trip

Great stay

Everything was great except waiting for check in & check out info. Accommodations were great and had everything we needed for a short stay. Clean, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Brainerd area and interstate.

The guests wanted to know if they could have an early check in and we wanted to be able to let them but another guests checked out that morning and we were unable to let them in early and were actually 20 minutes late, so we apologize for that. They are wonderful guests and we welcome them anytime

I really should have given this stay a 5 star. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. Had a small problem with sink not draining but am sure the Home owners will remedy this immediately. Great Location for Ball Tournaments. Safe area.Thank You.
