***Kindly review: Current Water Supply. We are fortunate that our building is receiving a normal flow of water, and our cistern is at full capacity, and its water level is monitored daily. This has allowed for greater continuity of water service, and units remain fully functional, well-maintained, and prepared for our guests to enjoy their stay.

However, moderation of consumption is always appreciated, particularly in consideration of other affected residents and areas. Water Conservation Measures. Please share with your group:

* If interruptions from the Aqueduct Authority become prolonged due to the current low reservoir levels and a contingency is required for water rationing in our area, our building administration will notify us with a preventive conservation plan to be implemented; so our water supply will continue relying on the building’s cistern according to the schedule established by the building’s Board, until PR Aqueduct Authority officially determines that rationing is no longer necessary. The water rationing schedule and hours will be determined by the Board, and some scheduled dates may fall during your stay. There will be no running water during the designated rationing hours.

We’re welcoming guests who are comfortable with these temporary conservation measures in mind, and appreciate your understanding regarding the temporary situation affecting San Juan. As an additional value offered during your stay, we are implementing lower, attractive rates and have prepared our units ( for rationing dates if necessary) with additional supplies, such as a 5-gallon emergency portable bucket with shower kit for each bathroom, additional gallons of water, and a 5-gallon container of distilled water with a dispenser for drinking and cooking purposes. We recommend keeping the portable shower buckets filled during the available water-supply periods, before the scheduled rationing hours, so that additional water remains available when needed.

We are currently maintaining an occupancy level ideally suited for groups of 3 to 4 guests, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests. This will help ensure a comfortable stay and allow us to properly provide the additional essential supplies.

We remain hopeful that the upcoming season will bring the much-needed rainfall to help replenish our reservoirs and allow water service to gradually return to normal.

While the water conservation measures remain current, we, the hosts, request to be allowed access to the unit, with prior notice, to deliver and drop off the water supply. Kind regards, The Home

Additional description/information of our unit:
-The unit is not child-proof, but a play yard can be provided upon request.

-Master Bathroom Shower-Helpful Tip. Please note that if the shower head is directed toward the glass enclosure, a small amount of water may splash outside the shower area. To minimize this, simply angle the shower head slightly toward the back wall of the shower while in use.

For added convenience, the shower is also equipped with a handheld shower head (hose), which helps direct the water more precisely and further reduces the chance of water reaching the bathroom floor.
