Very cute property...stayed two nights and had a great time. Used the hot tub each night after wandering around Galena. Lots of fun decor, including a cool record player. Fireplace was super cute and was cozy too.

It was so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! We had an absolute blast- the birds, the home, the deck and gas fireplace, the hot tub! It was a perfect little retreat and a great visit to Galena! I definitely recommend this property!

Loved the forest atmosphere! Place was a bit small for the 433 a night. Host was fantastic and great with communication!

Thanks for staying, Jamie. I'm glad you enjoyed the natural surroundings. I do my best to describe the listing accurately, to optimize guest experience. For this reason, the house is listed for a maximum of 4. Had you indicated that 5 were coming, I would have recommended a different property.

We had a very lovely and comfortable stay. We especially love the hot tub! The scenery is beautiful and the place is well decorated, clean and well appointed! We will be back for ski season!

I was blown away by the UFO. The property is absolutely charming. The house was incredibly clean, and the attention to detail by the host was top notch. The UFO is an absolute gem.

It was a seamless process and a beautiful, relaxing stay. The property had everything we needed. Loved the record player and hot tub. I feel like I slept in a treehouse! It was wonderful to have access to the Owner’s Lodge (pool, basketball and tennis/raquetball courts). Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed this adorable little UFO! The hot tub was such a treat! We loved watching the beautiful assortment of birds at the feeders and the trees all around us made it feel like we were in a tree house deep in the woods. The beds were comfy and the kitchenette was just perfect for our needs. Also a short ride to either downtown Galena or Eagle Ridge resort. Great spot!!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The home was spotless, and the towels were soft and nice, which is a detail we really appreciated. The hot tub was clean and a highlight of the trip.The location was a big plus too. It was the perfect distance from Galena and close to a lot of hiking. I also loved the birds, with so many right out front.A few things to note for future guests: the septic tank is close to the house, and there was often a sewage smell, especially when the wind picked up. It didn't ruin the stay, but it was noticeable. We were also very aware of how close the other cabins are, especially with the trees losing their leaves, so privacy may be limited in the fall. Finally, the propane tanks for both the fire pit and the grill turned out to be empty the entire time we were there. We didn't discover it until our last night, and since it was late, we didn't mention it to the host. I'm sure they would have taken care of it if we had, but it's worth checking when you arrive.Those small issues aside, we'd happily stay again. Thank you for hosting!

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. I've contacted the local septic company to investigate. I do usually keep a spare propane tank on hand but had just taken the empty to be refilled. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Perfect home away from home for a few days. Was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and extras. Everything was well marked and there was easy to understand directions for everything (owners club passes, thermostat, hot tub etc). Wish we stayed longer, we didn't have enough time to use the sitting area on the upper deck with the fire feature or the outdoor fire pit/campfire area, but they were enticing and will definitely use next time. Helpful information for the area was handy and readily available. Very convenient location, will definitely try to stay with these owners again, either at this property or one of the others.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. So unique, comfortable, and clean. Sarah has made this property very welcoming and it was enjoyed thoroughly by our family. We loved feeding the birds, enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and enjoyed the floor to celling windows that make you feel like you are outside when you are indoors. Highly recommended, we hope to return in the future.

The UFO was AMAZING. Warm and Cozy vibes, genuinely felt like a second home and were so sad to leave. BUT WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. Thank you for all the work you put into the home and all the helpful little notes around the home . If anyone needs a sign in whether to book this place or not this is it. 10/10 Experience!
