The home also offers a separate laundry room, flat driveway, wide streets, and ample parking with a two-car garage available plus additional side-by-side spaces. During winter, snow plowing service keeps both driveways clear and accessible. Please keep them clear for snow plows.

No additional visitors or gatherings are permitted at any time.



If the maximum occupancy is exceeded:



Your reservation may be terminated immediately without refund



You may be required to vacate the property



Fines will be assessed through platforms for violations, including but not limited to over-occupancy, unauthorized guests, or parties



This rule is strictly enforced using exterior security measures and local compliance standards.

Local favorites include Shaver Lake Pizza for a quick bite, The Trading Post for a cozy dinner, and Ken’s Market for groceries and ice cream. Shaver Lake Sports offers ski rentals and snow park permits, while Shaver Lake Stables and Sierra Marina provide summer adventures like horseback riding, pontoon cruising, and jet ski rentals.

Please note that the property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood — we ask guests to be respectful of noise after 10 PM.



No parties or events allowed.



We recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle in winter for added safety during snow conditions.
