Restoration 1Bedroom Residence #203

We love the Restoration and have stayed there many times. Everything is great except the bathrooms. This one is especially in need of help. It’s small, old and kind of grungy. I don’t mean to be rude, but I would put some effort into upgrading this bathroom for future guests

Nice place, but….

Great location, but lots of street noise. Unit is a hotel rental so it’s well used. Four hangers in the giant closet, I’d expect a few more. Worst part was cockroaches in the bathroom and the living room on our first night. Overall we wouldn’t stay there again due to the bugs, but if they get that taken care of, it’s a solid set up.

Wonderful place

Part excellent VBRO apartment, part hotel - best of both worlds. Lots of room, wonderful old industrial become v swanky design - but a great hotel restaurant with a rooftop bar, selling great burgers. It’s right in the heart of Charleston- we’ll be back.

Wonderful hotel, fabulous location!

Our room was spacious, well equipped, and immaculately clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our two favorite things were the free shuttle service to all locations within a 5-mile radius and the 'breakfast fairy' who left a small basket of ever-changing breakfast goodies outside of our door every morning. We will return.

Great Location

This property was in a great location. Close to everything downtown Charleston. The jeep taxi service was a bonus that we took advantage of many times. Shopping and restaurants within a small walk. As a VRBO, our kitchen was sparsely equipped. It would have been nice to have a book on the room and how things worked. Didn't realize that it was part of a hotel so that was unexpected. But overall, it was a good place to stay.

Don't stay anywhere else!

My friend and I booked this property for a Girls trip and it's was amazing. I will Never stay anywhere else when I visit Charleston. The loft was amazing, the location was perfect, golf cart rides, valet, bikes, breakfast delivered to our room. It was above and beyond any service I have ever gotten. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our other friends stayed at a different hotel and were so jealous! It's a little pricey but so worth it!

Perfect Location! Superb Sevice!

Loved absolutely everything about this property!!! The attention to detail and service was outstanding. Staff really wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed and willing to accommodate anything. The location and charm of a smaller property in Charleston was wonderful. The darling breakfast basket that we received each morning was perfect. Lovely coffee shop next door. Only improvement would be to have hot water quicker and a few more comfortable bed pillows. Absolutely fantastic property and experience.

COVID get-away

Loved this location and property. Justin was wonderful to chat with. BUT... the rugs were so dirty that I had to wear shoes at all times and the hot water in the shower only worked sporadically. Also the walls were so thin that we heard every word of the neighbor’s conversation at 1 am! So even though we loved the location and property, we will not be returning.
