Welcome to The Marina, your haven in Reno/Sparks, Nevada 16 miles from Mt. Rose & 26 Lake Tahoe! Newly renovated , this home is more than just a place to stay-its a sanctuary crafted for executives and their families and travelling professionals to bond, relax, play, and create lasting memories while visiting the Biggest Little City.

The kitchen features GE Appliances and large quartz countertops. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, drinkware and Tupperware. Kitchen appliances include a blender, toaster, hand-mixer, and Crockpot.

Every room was carefully remodeled and staged to provide comfort and functionality. Upgrades include new luxury vinyl flooring, fresh paint, new bathroom vanities, lighting, toilets, shower heads and more. The exterior and backyard were equally designed for lounging and recreational space with no maintenance. Additional outdoor upgrades include new exterior paint, large paver patio and access to the Marina walking path.

Guest parking includes a large double-deep paved driveway, a 2-car garage and street parking.

We have a keyless entry system and will provide a four digit access code to guests and instructions on using the pad at that time.

Our home offers one 55” TV in the primary bedroom, two 65” TV’s, one in the family room and one in the bonus room. All major streaming services are accessible including Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, Peacock, YouTube, etc.

The property adjoins The Sparks Marina which offers a children's playgrounds, beach area, walking path to both the Legends Mall, Theater, Restaurants and the Water Bar with live music and calendared nights.

This property is close to shopping, schools, hospitals and has amazing lake, city and mountain views. The perfect place to stay and only minutes from, Legends Outlet Mall. grabbing dinner at any number of great restaurants and then off to the ski slopes or hiking the Tahoe Rim trail.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the walking path around the lake, it was a great place to take a stroll and relax. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily recommend this home to others.

Beautiful mountain and marina views. House is fantastic for a large group and was well stocked with linen and cooking supplies. Beds were comfortable-even the fold out sofas! Huge bonus was we could walk to Water Bar for dinner. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and spacious home with spectacular lake views! The house was spotless, modern, and elegantly furnished. We have a pretty large group and had more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. The 3.5 bathrooms made it especially convenient. There were plenty of bedding and towels provided, and all of the beds were very comfortable — even the sofa beds have quality memory foam mattresses. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!Felisa was also very responsive throughout our stay and kindly accommodated our request, which we really appreciated.

Beautiful house and was well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. The view was amazing. There are 4 levels so lots of stairs. A few things we contacted to host about and they quickly responded. Our groups biggest disappointment was we had planned to use the Marina to paddle board and let our grandchildren play on the beach. The play area was fantastic the water and beach not so much. We understand this was not the host fault but maybe they could post something in the house about possible unclean water conditions at times. We did end up going to the water park which was a blast and Scheels was super fun. Overall we would stay here again

Our family of six stayed in this exquisite very spacious home. The furnishings were top of the line. The decorator definitely has an eye for design. Not only was the house amazing, the view was beautiful. The house has outside furniture and we sat every morning and night by the gas lit coffee table overlooking the lake (Sparks Marina) with the mountains as a backdrop. The master bedroom/bathroom is on the top floor. Wow is all I can say about how beautiful and spacious it was. I give this house five stars to not only the amazing extremely clean house but also the location. Close to shops/casinos. Communication was excellent from before we arrived to after we left. Excellent choice for our stay.
