The hosts were great! The team was amazing all around and the home is just stunning!! Great layout, right on the beach. We actually booked already for next year too!

Immaculate, Privacy for all members of a large family, and super beach access. You could stay on site and have a fabulous vacation, or easily venture out to all the beaches St. John has to offer.I have stayed on St. John for over 25 years and I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Property manager and owner very attentive to all needs.

Beach house is very well planned out. Extremely roomy . Access to pretty much a private beach is excellent. Nice rocky reef housed lobster and assorted reef fish. Turtles frequent area. Need vehicles to get around island and to remove garbage from property. Our stay was too short! Thanks for a great time.

We’re so happy you enjoyed the spacious layout, snorkeling off the beach, and the amazing marine life around Ditleff — especially the turtles! A vehicle is definitely the best way to explore St. John, though we’re always happy to help arrange a private taxi driver if preferred. Thank you again for choosing Ditleff Beach House. Words cannot describe how nice this house is! I don’t think it’s hyperbole to say it is the nicest house on the island. My family and I have stayed in MANY vacation rentals all over the US, Europe, and the Caribbean…this is hands down the nicest, most luxurious and best people to work with. The owners and property management were so helpful, kind and accommodating. Hard to imagine but the house is so much better in person vs the pictures. The kitchen is very well appointed with high end appliances as well as all the tools you could need to make gourmet meals and the dining room is extraordinarily nice with seating for 10. They really did not miss a single detail. We will absolutely be back again.

The house design and furniture are incredible. A great kitchen connected to a large formal dinning. A great indoor living room. Outdoor large area table for great family breakfast. Another nice outdoor area to relax in the shade. The pool with connected hot tub color shows. If that is not enough 10 steps and you are on the beach!! The rooms are all nearly identical makes who goes where very easy. Each with its own indoor/ outdoor shower. High ceilings throughout. Super private, very secure. The host are great. The local manager a pleasure to work with. The staff very polite. If you want the perfect vacation in St. John this is the house you want to stay at! Period.
