A very comfortable apartment. The bed was comfortable. We were able to easily walk to various attractions, including the Findlay Market, GABP, the riverfront. We were a bit surprised that the parking was offsite, although it was a few blocks away.

Nice property in a very good location - plenty of room to hangout and relax and not feel crammed, kitchen and living room areas are very good size, as is the bedroom. 1 1/2 bathrooms is a nice added benefit.

Great place to rent. The place was very nice and clean. Location was perfect for walking to bars and restaurants. We loved our time here. Would love to stay here again. Host was great and easy to reach when we had any questions. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The unit is very spacious and clean, which made it comfortable to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, right in the downtown area with easy access to restaurants, bars, and everything you might need within walking distance. I also appreciated the well-equipped utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals during my stay. The blackout curtains were a nice touch and helped ensure a good night’s sleep. Having 1.5 bathrooms was very convenient and made the overall experience even more pleasant. Overall, a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully equipped place to stay.

This second-floor condo is a lovely space with ample living room seating, a spacious, modern kitchen, a large bedroom, and a two-sink master bathroom. The half bath is a plus for visiting friends. Located just south of the OTR District, you can walk to a host of great restaurants and shops; the free parking garage and a Kroger grocery are just a block away. But do be aware that the Kroger headquarters building is only half a block away; parts of 3-4 of the 5 days of my stay Animal Rights activists with bull horns, air sirens, and drums were protesting at their lobby doors! They were there within the hours of 8 am - 5:30 pm; that may get you out to the sights early, but might also impact your downtime in the condo. I realize this is unpredictable, but something to be aware of.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our long weekend in Cincinnati it is located in a perfect area, so many restaurants & bars all within walking distance. The host was responsive to questions It was absolutely perfect.
