Traveled with the family. The stay was welcoming. We all enjoyed ourselves. Next trip no children allowed but we had a wonderful time.

The house was perfect for our family. The pool, outdoor/indoor amenities, and accessibility of the house made our time that much more enjoyable in San Juan. The host was also great to work with.

This property was great. We visited Puerto Rico with 13 people and the house accommodated as well. We are a little worried about not having enough bathrooms, but it seemed to work out good the amenities of the home are great. The pool was great. The patio cover was great the only maybe a little bit of a downside might’ve been the neighborhood but overall I give it a 10.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Puerto Rico! The home was comfortable, clean, and a great place for our family during our trip.One thing that really stood out was how informative and communicative our host was, especially with the water crisis happening in Puerto Rico during our stay. She kept us updated about the water situation, explained what to expect, and made sure we knew about the water reserve/cistern and how to conserve water if needed. Her communication gave us peace of mind and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.I really appreciated how honest, responsive, and accommodating she was throughout our stay. Even with everything going on with the water situation, we felt prepared and taken care of.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Thank you for being such a thoughtful and communicative host!

The bathroom was dirty when we got there. The pool was small and the pump to the filters never turned on while we were staying there like the host said they would. The rules for the ac use was too harsh for the air b&b. The host was too harsh with the solar battery being fully charged and would contact me very time the battery was half way charged and when we left one of the ac in room on one time during our stay. Will not stay there next time we go back.

Jerry, it is clear that you are posting this false review as retaliation for not adhering to the house rules. You were the one who left a huge mess throughout the entire house, including getting into the pool full of sand. Now you want people to believe that you “found the house like that,” yet you stayed for days without raising any complaints. Please be mature and show respect for the property you rented. As a result of your bad behavior, you are banned from all my properties.
