Property was clean Anne spacious with a huge backyard. It was located in a nice neighborhood with convenient access to everything we needed. I would recommend this property and stay here again.

Our original plans fell through and we had less than 24 hours to find another place. We stumbled across this place and it provided what we needed for the weekend. My only recommendation is if you like to cook meals at home (like I do) bring some of your own cooking items from home. There wasn't a lot to cook with, but fortunately I brought my own pots, pans and baking dishes. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for getting ready so fast for our stay.

The house was spotless with 5 TVs, a full kitchen and comfortable living room. Should i ever travel to College Station again, i would definitely stay here again.

Our family rented this property to attend the MSU vs. A&M softball series. It was close proximity to the stadium, restaurants and stores. There was enough space and all the amenities to cook a homecooked meal for our 2 favorite MSU players who was able to come spend a few hours with us. The host responsed quickly and was very accommodating. Thank you!

The house was musty, carpet seemed damp. Master bedroom didn’t cool well. Fan in master couldn’t run on high as it was loose and rattling. No clothes washing detergent available. No ice maker in fridge. Not much furniture in master. Beds are real cheap and no headboards. No curtains which made it too bright early in the morning.

Sorry for the inconvenience thank you for determining what we need to improve on our property. We are fairly new to the VRBO experience and appreciate the condition you left our home in. Other renters have not left our home in the best condition. Sorry for your experience while we are working with our cleaners to reconcile any mishaps from the future Thank you for letting us know about the maintenance issue. We do not know about it unless one of our cleaners or renters let us know about it. We try to offer a rental property with a price that is reasonable to the environment and location it is in. We hope to make upgrades and installing curtains and fixing the maintenence issue. Thank you

The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out was an easy process. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean. Both restrooms were dirty. There were ants and spiders throughout the property. A foul odor from the kitchen sink spread throughout the kitchen when we would turn on the faucet. There was also open old meat left in the freezer. Hopefully this review will help future tenants have a better experience when booking this property.
