I was having trouble getting a hotel in Philly so I booked this place but just for me. I was spacious and nice and clean. Loved everything about my stay.

Great location, be prepared to climb!

It's a great place - easy to get in and out, great location, easy to find (and for Uber to find). I didn't realize from the listing that there are four floors - you come in at the first floor, which has a kitchen, den, and patio but no bathroom. To use the restroom, you need to go down to the basement, or up to the second floor (two bedrooms and a bath) or up to the third (one big bedroom and big bath). To access the rooftop, you have to use a very small spiral staircase. It all worked for us, but would have been problematic if you have any more mobility issues than I do!

Amazing location!

Everything about this home was amazing. It was spacious and perfectly designed. All of the necessary amenities were present and the host was a pleasure to work with. If you have a large group, this is the place for you.

Had a Wonderful Time

This property lived up to expectations. The view as advertised is amazing from the rooftop patio. Beds were all comfortable and clean. The shower on the third floor is a little odd, but everything was in good shape when we got there. Clearly the house is well cared for. It was in a perfect location for all of the activities we had planned around Philly. Some of the surrounding area looks somewhat rough but that’s to be expected when staying in the heart of a big city. Didn’t feel unsafe, though. Would stay here again.

Good Location/Clean and Updated

Great place to stay especially with a larger party. The roof top has an awesome view of the downtown skyline!! Beds were nice and comfortable. Kitchen is updated. Short walk to Target and other fast food places. 10 minute Uber rides to downtown restaurants and convention center. Clean!

Family wedding in Philly

Great place…great location. We were able to walk to our family’s home nearby which made things super convenient. The place was nice and exactly as advertised. Great space for an extended family get together with a nice size living room perfect for gatherings. Thank you for helping to make our first visit to Philly a wonderful experience!

We had a great experience while staying at this property! All check-in instructions were accurate and easy to follow. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, which was great since we didn’t have a car. Pictures matched the property. Overall a good time was had by all

Fantastic stay

Hosted a bachelor party at the property. Beds galore! Clean, spacious and a short Uber to the bars in center city. Would recommend all day!

Great Spot!

The home was beautiful and in a great location. The view from the roof is incredible. The host was very accommodating to my group and I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Philadelphia. There are lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance too.

Good Stay for a Convention

We were here for a convention at convention center. Lyft was roughly 7 minutes Subway ride was 18 minutes including walking Walking was a bit more than 30 minutes. There was plenty of local supplies, target, groceries etc. And the little bit of cooking we did was fine. The neighborhood was pretty quite after 11pm. All the beds, bathrooms etc. worked fine.

Eagles Weekend

Our entire family descended on Philly for the Eagles - Cowboys game. We came from Massachusetts, Florida, and the Jersey shore. The house was perfect for our needs, within easy walking distance to the Broad Street Line (best way to get to the stadium), and Pat's Steakhouse for post-game cheese steaks. Nathan was a communicative and very helpful property manager!

Family stay in Philly

Perfect stay for a big group and very centric. We loved how spacious the house was and it had all the materials we needed. Parking was often easy to find, Nathan was super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Basketball weekend

Overall terrific especially if you love to be in 83 degrees

Very nice place but the thermostat was not working properly, so it was sweltering, and the property manager never got back to us with a solution. There was also no plug for the jacuzzi bathtub, so it was unusable.

Great place for our weekend getaway!

A Great Rowhouse for 7 People

My team and I stayed in Philly for two nights for a festival. It's always nice when we can find a place to house all of us. It makes traveling, eating and rehearsing so much easier. This rowhouse ended up being perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again. The open layout of the first floor was welcoming and the kitchen is nice and has pretty much everything you would need. Also Uber and Instacart drivers were able to find the location easily, so if you don't want to cook you have options. The house features three full bathrooms, two single bedrooms, one double and the lower level has three beds. We all had similar sleep schedules, so it worked out but if you have a full house and someone likes to get up very early understand that noise travels. There is a back patio, but the roof deck is AMAZING and features a wonderful downtown skyline. It felt like a safe city neighborhood and check out instructions were easy to follow. It was a great trip.

Great weekend

Great sports weekend in Philly--location of home is close to subways, so getting around was easy. Condo was perfect size for our group of 8 and had everything we needed.

Excellent home for weekend stsy

What an excellent home. I was so impressed on how clean and roomy the home was. And I was actually blown away with the rooftop patio area. I actually had no idea it was going to offer a spectacular view of the Philly skyline. Overall I give the hone a 9.9999. Would be a 10 if there were more pillows. But that is the only thing I can think of that wasn’t perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and we BBQed a nice dinner on Saturday night. Thank you to the owners and VRBO!!!!
