First time in Philly for myself and a group of friends, this place was incredible and a short-uber from pretty much anything you needed. Parking was pretty sparce but there was a ramp nearby attached to a Target for a 25 fee per day, which is very reasonable for a big city.The home itself was amazing. Photos really don't do it justice and the view from the rooftop was beautiful. Nate was a great host and was helpful with everything we needed.

The home is beautiful! We loved loved loved sitting on the roof and the view is just spectacular. Ice and filtered water are in the fridge so no need to bring bottled water. Door dash delivers easily for groceries or food. There is an amazing beer store nearby if you like craft beer. The beds are super comfortable!! The neighbors are all very nice and parking was easy to find within a block and most of the time we were able to park right in front of the home. Take note of the horizontal window over the bathroom mirror of the primary suite - at night time the sky line looks like a painting! There are lots of extra towels in the laundry area. A/C rocks! Also visit the green cafe (can't recall the name but the coffee is great). The hosts are so nice and you will not regret booking this home.

Beautiful house and great location. I thought the grill was on the roof with the rooftop set up (my error) but otherwise 5 stars! The owner was very accomplishing. There’s only one tv in the main area so if you have kids plan ahead. Otherwise perfect! I will be booking again.

The home was beautiful and was easily able to accommodate our large group with plenty of beds and rooms. We had everything we needed and everything was in great condition! No problems checking in or out!

Very beautiful home and great neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, and the rooftop had an amazing view of the entire city. I loved how close of a walk it was to the Italian market and South St.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay over the weekend. Host was incredible and quick to respond to any questions. Great location and easy to get around the city. Highly recommend this property!

Great for baseball weekend

Very nice urban property. Great spot for baseball road trip. Easy to access transportation to ballpark and downtown. Rooftop view was a treat. Would highly recommend.

Philly Reunion Weekend with Friends

The place was great for our group of 7. Plenty of space and beds. The owner Nate was super responsive and accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend.

Roots picnic weekend stay

We stayed for the roots picnic music festival and the property was beautiful located in a beautiful neighborhood. My one feedback is there is a missing pullout bed in on of the rooms. Otherwise the accommodations were great!

Perfect location

Rented the house with a group of graduate students from North Carolina attending the AOTA conference. Was able to comfortably sleep everyone with enough room for luggage. With multiple bathrooms, everyone was able to get up and out on time. The rooftop patio was an awesome bonus to an already great home. Would definitely recommend staying here in the future.

Very spacious townhouse. Plenty of room for people to stay. Clean amenities. Rooftop was amazing but could have been furnished a bit better. Did not have a hard time finding parking on the street for 1 car. Be prepared for stairs! Don’t recommend having any packages shipped to the house due to risk of them being stolen off porch.

Excellent host, beautiful home, good location

This home is clean and beautifully renovated. The host was easy to correspond with and always immediately responsive. The home is also located in a central location with easy access to all parts of the city. Parking can be slightly challenging but we were always able to find a spot about a block away. The view from the rooftop deck is the stunning Philly sky line. Great place to stay!

Perfect family stay 10

Perfect property for a large family who needs individual rooms. Property has all amenities and owner was responsive on checkin day. No emergencies occured requiring their attention. House is near a target and subway, both within 5 minutes. Couple blocks 15 minutr walk to Geno and Pat's, they were meh. But property was perfect.

No Water Service!

I had booked a weekend stay for a group of friends and up until arrival all was well. Upon check-in it was found that the water at the property had been turned off by the water company. As a result, the property was uninhabitable. How could the place have been cleaned prior to our arrival with no water? Since my traveling group required a place to stay and VRBO offered no alternatives, the property owner offered another property which we eventually stayed at out of desperation and nowhere else to go. However, the new property was over 2 miles away from the property we had booked and our original reservation was based entirely upon the location. We had to take multiple car share trips back and forth over the course of the weekend. This new property also had one less bed than the property we had booked, causing a member of our group to have to sleep on the floor. Additionally, the location of this new property had a bedroom directly adjacent to a major highway(I-95), the noise from which made it extremely difficult for those in that bedroom to sleep.

Hi Matthew, Thank you for your review and I am sorry for the issues you experienced. There was a water line break close by that affected service at the property shortly before check-in, but the issue has since been resolved. Water was restored to the property shortly after you left and has operated without issue since that date. I followed up with the water department and they assured me that there would be no further issues related to this instance. Due to this unforeseen circumstance I offered your group many options including a full refund and the ability to move to another property. I quickly provided you details and access to the new property, and though it was located in a great neighborhood (Northern Liberties), I understand and sympathize that it was not the ideal location for your group. We can assure guests that we will always be there to assist if unforeseen issues out of our control arise, and we will make sure to be there every step of the way to resolve the matter.

We were an extended family of 10 and were very happy with the property. This is a neighborhood in transition, so not a lot of amenities and parking is a hassle. We felt safe and the neighbors were fiendly. We found free parking 2 blocks away and relied thereafter on the subway and Ubers. It worked fine to get us where we needed to go. House is clean and spacious. Host responsive to our requests but a little slow to send the entry information.

The house was perfect for our friend reunion. Everyone had their own comfy bed, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and spacious, the roof deck was great spot to dance party with a beautiful view of the Philly skyline, and the living room was comfortable and had room for all of us. Nice quiet neighborhood. Super easy to get Lyfts to get around the city. Definitely will recommend and hope to come back!
