Welcome to Commodore 806—a stunning Gulf-front retreat offering comfort, space, and unforgettable views. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps up to 8 guests and is perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing Panama City Beach escape.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals. The open dining and living area provides generous seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to the private Gulf-front balcony.

This unit come with FREE BEACH SERVICE including two chairs and an umbrella (March-October)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: had to switch units at the last moment due to an issue with the one we booked but staff was great and helpful so all in all it was a great week and the 3 bd unit was clean and nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything at the property was as expected. The condo was clean and looked well kept. Kitchen appliances and supplies were adequate. Room location was perfect. Right over the pool with a great gulf view. We will try to get this same condo next year.We loved being on the quite end of PCB. We've been staying on this end for almost 30 years. Tried close to Pier Park a couple of times but it's just way to busy for us.

The view was beautiful. Customer service was great. But the condo needed a very deep cleaning. There was food under the couch, every dish we used we had to wash first due to food being left on them as they was put away and the floors needed mopped good becaus our feet stayed black from walking barefoot inside the condo. Also it says it can sleep up to 10 people but the couches are very small and there is only 8 towels.

Beach Stay 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying I loved the location and the grounds are very well problem is with the condo itself...one bedroom had so much dust on ceiling fan we were afraid to turn on...candy/gum wrappers and water bottles under bed...one sliding shower door coming off and toilets are so low,they need to be updated. After leaving condo for dinner the 1st night when we returned we were locked out(management changed door code) why?...I would stay at complex again but would try another unit...if you want luxury this is not the place
